Old hotel

Very outdated and uncomfortable place. Not much to look at from the outside but I though don't judge a book by its cover, well the interior wasn't any better. It very outdated and not to clean. Staff was ok, when I asked for a rollaway I was told no. Then late at night on our first night the conversation at the front desk woke me up and kept me up for at least an hour. I had to call the front desk to ask if they could lower their voices. Also the area behind the hotel seemed a little seedy. Alot of traffic going on back there, didn't feel safe. Ended up getting a room some where else. Sincerely R. Padilla

There is another hotel and restaurant behind the hotel so yes there is a lot of traffic from those. Thank you again for staying with us.

Yuck, but at least no bedbugs.

Thin walls, chipped finishings, about an inch of light around the door and mysterious white stains on the chair. Decor from the late seventies, and the air/heat unit developed a weird ticking noise halfway through the night. The Wifi worked about half the time. The sheets were clean and the mattress sat on top of a platform, no box springs. Icing on the cake, a strong air freshener/Axe body spray type smell drifted through my room around 11pm.

Stayed one night. Hotel was clean, hallway smelled of smoke, however room was nice. Old style tub/shower, however had hot water.

Good place to stop for the night and rest

Pros: Tts a smaller hotel so it was very quiet
Cons: The three tone color scheme in our room (221) was quite busy. King bed could use 1 more pillow.
Staff was friendly. Hotel was easy to get to off of I 74.

Business trip

We needed an inexpensive hotel so we could conduct family business. We elected not to avail ourselves of breakfast at hotel because the coffee didn't taste good and there was no protein being served. We ate at the Perkins restaurant across the parking lot and received a 10% discount on our meals there. The light was very dim in the room so it was difficult to do any paperwork. The cleaning service did a nice job of freshening our room every day.

Good hotel for the price

My only complaint is that I was given a handicapped accessible room, and was not informed of this when I checked in. I could deal with some aspects of the room, but the shower hit me below the neck and there was no way to raise the shower head unless I held it in my hand. The hotel clerk that checked me in should have asked if I wanted this room before giving it to me--I didn't realize the shower was a problem until the morning.

You get what you pay for

The hotel needs major updating and way better housekeeping!!! The room appears nice initially until you really start looking around. The remote had not been cleaned ever! Bathroom smelled like urine. Sad breakfast.

The hotel was okay, they were nice enough to let us check in early but I would not stay again because the wifi was impossible to deal with. It constantly dropped(every other minute, that bad) when I called the front desk about it, the lady said I had to call the provider and that there had not been any other complaints about it. If you just need a place to rest then this is a good fit as the beds were comfortable, if you need to do any work that requires wifi go elsewhere!

Clean nice cheap rooms something you wouldn't expect from a super 8!! Would stay again definitely.
