“This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. Several fees were also added that were not obvious when booking. The experience did not reflect the property’s……

“The property Management company was very helpful and attentive. We made the reservation for the Captains Quarters on the 3rd floor facing the Atlantic Ocean with an amazing Beach ⛱️ view. I recommend this property for a Beach getaway. The only inconvenience is there's no elevator. ”

“It was perfect for our family. We had several families there for a baseball tournament and the boys brought fishing poles and golf clubs. We enjoyed the amenities.”

“The lady whom ran the front desk (Tara, I believe) was super personable, friendly, and very accommodating. She was actually one of the friendliest customer service representatives I came across in a long while. Definitely a keeper. Good help is very hard to come by these days.”
