“Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!”

“Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.”

“El personal casi no existe. Tienes que pagar un extra por estar. En nuestro caso éramos dos personas y pagamos 7 euros extra por dos noches allí en el alojamiento.”

“The staff was very useful and dedicated. The breakfast was tasty and generous. The room was also spacious with a great canal view. I find the AC was not strong enough for the size, they provided us with fan which was perfect.”

“Clean and spacious room. Good AC, which was essential in this heat wave. Good location if you need to be close to the train and bus station. Generally quiet with only occasional noise from the street. Communication with staff was good, with only a few small glitches (e.g., we agreed to have room cleaning done on Sunday, but nobody showed up on Sun and it happened on Tue instead). The kitchenette was quite useful, but it could benefit from a couple of regular sized cups and glasses.”
