Everything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived early morning. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the restaurant strip and probably a 10 minute walk from the bus station. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

"I liked the new construction and new facilities and gret breakfast. Staff was not as friendly as many American hotel staff. Small water bottle costs $5 , definitely a ripoff. "Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"
