"房間化妝鏡有損壞沒有維修且每天的房間清潔並沒有統一的SOP，有時候忘了放擦手巾，有時候忘記放衛生紙，有時候忘記放廁紙，總是有東西遺漏，且房間內睡覺讓人身體發癢，不清楚原因是什麼，走廊及電梯內沒有空調，酒店外觀漂亮豪華但內部缺乏管理，希望可以改進"
