Teriable hotel

Teriable hotel, dirty and need more work. It’s not a usewall Novotel hotel.

Transportation not reliable

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Transportation
Location: Nothing to do nearby
I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and there was a shuttle to the airport. My flight was at 6:05 am and the first shuttle ran at 8:30 am. How is that supposed to be convenient to their guests? The taxi cost 21 euros which is outrageous because it is only a 5 minute ride to the airport. The hotel should give me a credit for the taxi fare since they did not have transportation to the airport as was advertised on the website when I made my reservation.

Never Again

The pillows were terrible. The shuttle never picked us up at the airport. We had to get a cab. There was only one waiter in the dining room and one other just serving the food. It took forever.

Near Florence Airport

Although hotel is near the airport the free shuttle may be booked by the time you check in or unavailable for early morning flight. The taxi ride to airport is €25. So, may be better to stay in a better area in Florence and just take the train to the airport. The in room fridges were unplugged in both the rooms we had booked. The wifi is very poor. The coffee service in room is Nescafe and a kettle. The restaurant is very pricy. No where nearby to eat. The front desk staff were helpful as the printer for boarding passes was not hooked up and they allowed me to print from front desk computer. Would be easier and much less frustrating if they just hooked up the printer. The best part of the experience was the breakfast buffet. Cappuccino machine, fresh baked items, fruits, cereals, bacon eggs, selection of cold meats and cheeses.

Nice hotel close to the airport

We stayed for 5 nights. Nice hotel close to the airport with a convenient shuttle bus service which can take you to the airport or city centre. The staff are really attentive, would stay here again.

Airport Convenience

Pros: Helpful at check in. The pool area was pleasant on a sunny afternoon.
Location: Convenient to the airport. Too far from central Florence if you plan to spend several days enjoying the city. Nothing to do/eat near the location.
A convenient place to stay near the airport when flying out early in the morning. A taxi is required for very early departures as the hotel shuttle are limited and must be arranged in advance.

Only downside is they don't have an early morning shuttle before 8am. Many flights leave around 6-7 am. And that is why one stays at a hotel right near the airport.

Very close to the airport and comfortable room

Pros: We liked the location, being very close to the airport and the room was comfortable.
Cons: The fancy shower isn't very functional as you can't turn the water on very much or water flows onto the floor.
Location: The airport is abt 5 mins away, but free shuttle doesn't run until 8:15am. Paid $24 for a taxi to the airport. Order taxi in advance.
Spent one night there before transferring to the airport.

Close to airport

Cons: The low rate came with spartan room amenities, but I learned that upgrades could be obtained.
Five minute drive from the airport, clean, with basic amenities, and a very helpful staff.
