Very friendly and efficient staff. I was contacted the day prior and was asked if there was anything special I wished and I asked for an earlier check in and that was granted right away. I was given a room on a specific floor I wished as soon as I arrived. No problems at all. Would stay again.

My stay here was horrible!!! If I didn’t already pay I would have gone to the hotel up the street. I booked the Club room and they had no clue that the club room was advertised with breakfast a part of the package, my reservation was stuck in their system. And it was noisy with the dance party that didn’t stop until 6am and this morning Sunday 2/18 it didn’t stop until about 7am. Definitely wasn’t as relaxing as I would hope. Lastly do not ask for a late check out no one in guest services knows the proper time and associates make up times “just to be nice” as one employee told me.

I had a great stay. My only complaint is paying to park. If you’re a guest staying you should not have to park. I did not see this when I booked the stay.

The. Staff was very nice. Two days before our check in there was a break in a gas main so we didn’t have hot water. I asked if it was possible to get a discount. Staff said no, since I booked the room reservation thru Expedia. When I called Expedia, they also said no because I had used a credid card. So we paid full price but had no hot water. Staff did give us free parking

It was clean, easy parking and receptionist customer service was very good. The waitress, Grace, was very selective in the way she treated my sister and I compared to others that came in after us. eg we asked for milk and was told to go to the buffet area. She later placed milk at a table of people who came after us. She was friendlier to a select group of people and an unprofessional attiude towards us. It was our first visit and was uncall for as she did not know us. We would have tipped her more if her attitude was different. We tip her co-worker separately and also the cook that made our omelettes.

The hotel was great only exception is the pain in the a$$ entrance gate. It does not make sense and it took me like 3 or 4 tickets to finally understand how to get it to lift to allow my car to drive thru. Then on the way out if you do not have your room key ( in other words youve checked out) You have to ring the front desk to get them to lift it so you can exit. So they really need to simplify that entrance exit gate. Other than that the place is great !

The entry light was out and the hair dryer was broken. House keeping was knocking on doors at 10am and then apologizing… check out was at 11.
