Decent, could have been better...

This hotel's rate was cheapest for a Sunday in the area. The room was clean & the area was quiet. There was quite a few spider webs on the outside perimeter. I wish there was an option for upstairs & down stairs on the reservation, carrying luggage was a hassle up & down the steps, and no view as advertised. The Wifi was slow & breakfast was not a "Continental", consisted of oatmeal, coffee, & a granola bar, no fresh fruit, etc. There was very limited tv channels... But the lazy boy recliner is a great touch ...Decent place to stay for cheap on a Sunday Night when the other hotel rates are up. Not somewhere I would stay more than a day.

Bedbugs and filthy toilet.... so disappointing!!

I originally booked this hotel because of the great location. I love the location up on Alpharetta! I stayed at the Hammond location for two nights. On the second night, I woke up to bedbugs on my leg & moving on the sheets! I was horrified & quickly notified front desk. they moved me to another room. It was 2:30 am in the morning and such an inconvenience to pack up & move to another building at 2:30am. When I got to the new room, I was scared & just slept in chair. Upon waking up later in the morning, I discovered the toilet was in a horrible DISGUSTING condition. When I lifted the toilet seat, knats and flies immediately flew out of toilet. I had enough! I immediately went back to front desk to complain again! Management did refund for one night & gave me one BOG. I've sent a complaint over to district manager, and I was told I would hear back from someone in 24/48 hours. It's now been a week and no one has contacted me! I have acouple bites on my leg & have had to seek medical attention for my bites. It's sad no one has contacted me or reached out! So disappointing and inappropriate for handling this matter! I will never be returning to this location... so disappointed at this whole experience.

Tolerable

Price was reasonable and location was near a meeting I had the next day that is why I stayed at this hotel. Bottom line, I won’t stay there again, if for no other reason than the clientele was undesirable and the room in which I stayed , Was clean but seemingly only on the surface and it had a feeling of old and unkempt.

terrible

Terrible facilities. The room was dirty and old. We saw cockroaches in the room. The AC was so annoying. My wife found hair in the bath.

Horrible

The bed sheets where dirty, the shower curtains had old snot boogers on it. Dead bugs in the tub. had to kill a cockroach. Would never stay there again.

A bed in a safe area

A place to stay in a safe area. Some serviceable stores nearby (e.g. publix) and fast food restaurants are walking distance. Short Uber to MARTA.

City trip

Pros: Value
Cons: Easier/quicker check in procedure.
Location: We took MARTA into the city for a show at Tabernacle. Lots of restaurants and sights along the way.
Quick trip to Atlanta - we were in the room less than 12 hours

value for your money

Pros: self contained.
Cons: Enforce stricter no smoking rules.
Location: The location was within everything, perfect.
The room smelled like people smoked in it. On the stairs, there were cigarette buds. Besides the room smell, all was good.

First time this kind of hotel... ..but it was good

There is a once a week roomservice....but that was ok for us...no bothering by staff etc...clean towels could get daily...clean hotel
