Slowness of front desk personnel

Three people waited for 15 min before the front desk personnel attended to us. I needed to check out at 2:30am the doors were locked at the front desk and no one was there so I had to leave my keys in the room. There was no night drop key box for check out and no one to service me prior to my exciting.

Bed Bugs- Bed Bugs- Nasty Hotel

Dirty sheets upon arrival. BED BUGS BED BUGS bitting you 3 oclock in the morning. No clean towles and wash clothes. They dont clean their rooms daily. Scared i brought BED BUGS home. Never again. I had 3 kids with me on my stay they could have gotten bitten. Got BIT On my hands from BED BUGS. Please choose another hotel.

Very disappointing, Dirty

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything see experience notes above. Sorry, I had several photos but could not get them to download off phone.
Location: Close to north side of I-285 and near to several shopping areas and even sports arenas. Good location but poorly maintained.
The room was not clean and had a cigarette butt in the sink. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder and paper was sitting on toilet tank. The tub was stained. Linens for the fold out couch had to be gotten from the office as did the room towels. The blanket for the couch was not clean and looked very old. Room was a suite but had no coffee pot and the tops of counters and refrigerator seemed covered in dust/dirt. Around 9pm one of the rooms cranked up really loud music from a personal sound system with bass speakers as if it were a pop up party. Continued to be very loud until around 1am. The level of music was surly noticed be the office manager but not controlled. Also noticed that their Wi-Fi had posted room rates that were $20.00 less that what we were charged. Don't understand why the difference. Hotel is in a nice area and could be nice not needs lots of attention to detail. Office was locked and required buzzing in to check in at 5:30pm (confusing and feeling overcharged). Found change on the floor of room that should not have been there if it were properly cleaned.

cigarettes and dirty sheets

Cons: cleanliness, clarify pet policy on websites, quality of grounds of propertry
Location: i did not stay long enough to explore this
when I arrived at the hotel there were people wandering around the property which made me uncomfortable, Im not sure if they lived there or if they were just visiting but it was strange. The front desk informed me uoon check in that i had to pay 28 dollars per dog per day for my pets to stay with me, i was very displeased with this news. this website does not disclose that they charge a fee for pets. If i wanted to pay an extra 250 for my room just so my pets stay i would have booked a much nicer hotel. the lady at the counter gave me a speech about no smoking in the rooms and i don't smoke so no issue there but when i entered my room it was so smokey i thought someone was inside smoking!! i tried to let it go but as i walked around i noticed the tub was peeling and the sheets had stains and hair on them! i have pictures if you would like to see. i tried to make the pest of it and i requested a new room, the second room i was shown smelt of cat pee and the sheets were also dirty. i was so disappointed.. i had to request a refund and then i was informed i wouldn't have the money that you had no issue taking directly out of my account back in my account for 7 days...i also had to spend hours trying to find a hotel the weekend of christmas. needless to say i will not be returning and im still waiting on my refund.

Worst customer service ever.

My flight was late. I was already exhausted. I get to front desk where nobody was there. I used the after hours phone and the lady that answered rudely and said “we dont have no more rooms.” Click.

Pros: The staff at front were friendly
Cons: Clean the rooms!!
Location: Location isn't great a little out of the way to most attractions.
At check in the first room we were assigned to did not have any cushions on the couch, they gave us another room no bedding on the bed 2 bugs in the kitchen area, the third room was ok but not clean at all there was dust dirt on everything in the kitchen. The guest next to us had people in and out all night and the smell of weed coming from there room into ours. Just the worst stay I have ever had.

Clean hotel an nice people an great service , had a great time there with the family I would like to come back to soon to vist, I would Recommend people to come here

Very clean and convenient

The hotel room was super clean, you can get anything you need for your stay from pots and pans to extra blankets easily at the front desk anytime. Seriously I was impressed at how clean the room was, especially for the price. The location is next door to Publix which was super convenient.
