Not bad, but staff don't seem to care

Location: Good location, right on 285
Not a bad looking place. Kept up well, clean and well-maintained. However, the staff seem to have some aversion to being at the front desk, preferring to stay in the back office instead and taking a very long time to address patrons at the front. Breakfast was very short in supply and people were just waiting around for food, crowing the entrance. The entire breakfast experience was very disorganized. One qualm I had, which I didn't expect to, was the hotel refused to either refund or credit us for one night, due to a flight cancellation. I had called in advance, with evidence to support my claim, and despite mine and Expedia's best efforts, the management refused to either refund one night or credit me.

Quick trip

Stop in Atlanta on way to Blue Ridge. Everything very good except breakfast supplies short even at 9 am an hour left of service. Hampton almost always A minus!

Central location.

Pros: Central location.
Cons: A/C operation should be improved.
Location: We needed to be centrally located between Marietta and Atlanta, so this was ideal.
Decent breakfast, very accommodating staff. Providing more fruit when requested.

Everything was comfortable and clean. The room was very quiet to get good rest and the staff was very polite and helpful.

My mom and I had to go down to Atlanta for a weekend event. This hotel was close to where we were going and in a great area! We felt safe, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the whole trip was wonderful!

The staff was very nice. The room are nice and clean. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed my stay. Of course parking is free.
