The Sheraton upon entry was a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. However, after entering our hotel room there was a half drank water bottle on the counter that was supposed to be "complimentary" for us. Later on, I stepped on a pin that stuck straight into my foot that must've been dropped or left on the ground from a previous guest. After tailoring to my injury, I brought it to the attention of the staff at the main lobby who proceeded to do nothing except have me fill out a form which did nothing to accommodate me or the incident occurring. This hotel clearly did not do it's job in cleaning rooms or in customer service.

Stayed at this hotel for the first time on 8/16/17 and could not be happier with the friendly staff -- everyone from the front desk to the GM were fantastic! The hotel is currently under renovations and it is looking good -- however it was not noisy at all. I will be back!

Very nice location close to perimeter mall

Upon arrival my reservation for 2 queen bed was all booked,but hotel staff upgraded our room as a courtesy to a clubhouse room on the fourth floor and it was very nice.It was a quiet stay and my family was very happy with our choice to stay here.

Comfy, clean, nice pool courtyard area, super friendly staff, complimentary room wifi, complimentary bottle water, Dunwoody train station closeby, and we get to see the firework from our room! Some covereg parking. Bustop right in front.

Hot & begging for towels!

My husband and I both realized right away the lack of comfort when we stepped onto the elevator and there was no A/C. There were also portions of the hallways that were very hot/humid where it was clear the A/C was not circulating properly. On the first night, we realized our sheets were semi-wet and sticky so we asked for our sheets to be changed the following day and the housekeeper was rude and tried to get out of it by saying they do not clean for stayovers after 2pm. However, we had asked her to come back in an hour around 10:30am and she never came. She was also on FaceTime after she finally decided to change our sheets. She was very slow as I awkwardly ironed and my husband waited in the bathroom after his shower about 30 MINUTES! Then we asked for new towels/washcloths and that took HOURS to get on into the next day! No one seemed to be able to find towels anywhere. The staff weren't very professional, hence the housekeeper on FaceTime, front desk making us wait downstairs for towels, as well as another worker spraying front desk with a super soaker as we were checking out. I would advise anyone to stay away from this "establishment".

For the Money, You'd Find Better

This is a older full service hotel. They tried, are trying to update the interior. They had an issue with their new air conditioning system. My first room wouldn't cool below 74 degrees and the 2nd room 71 degrees but still felt humid. The front desk gave my free breakfast for 1 day, though oddly for a full service style hotel they only had a small buffet, no ordering.
