"Beautiful property in grounds of Clive’s of Cropthorne farm and shop/restaurant. Plenty of lovely food to try and delicious sandwiches we bought as we arrived. (The name of the house is actually The Heath not Gatekeepers cottage and is situated on the left as you drive in. This needs changing to avoid confusion.) "We loved our stay here and would like to come back. The cottage is next to the old mill and river in the heart of Tewkesbury. It has so much charm and character. Everything you need is here with lovely personal touches. Ground floor has kitchen & living room with access to the garden, although small, it was lovely to sit out here after a day being tourists. "It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The lodge was a really high standard, the owners had thought of everything. The cherry on the top was the hot tub. The owners were really friendly, and at hand if you needed them. A really great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Would highly recommend."

"A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion. It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family "
