We booked a standard 2 bedroom cabin. This property and room type were rated at 9/10 and were specifically rated high for cleanliness. The cabin was grimy and apeared to have had little to no recent improvements. The site advertised wifi but we were unable to access this for the full three days and were told on arrival that wifi around the site is poor. Not all bad, the beds were comfortable and linen was spotless.

The property itself was great, could probably do with a bigger pool, as some days was a bit cramped. We had an ant problem, that we feel should have been told about, and not finding out the next morning once ants had gotten into our butter and food. We were also unable to connect to the internet and gave up in the end during our 4 day stay. Other than that we were glad of being able to get away for a holiday, thank you phil

Have stayed here a few times now and has been good. The unit was clean and tidy but there where a few small issues toilet wouldn't flush properly and both walls of the unit where badly cracked. We paid for two nights and only stayed one due to unfortunate circumstances and havent been reimbursed for the night we didnt stay. Like i said its a great spot convenient and the units are great but this has left me wondering weather id stay here again.

Great communication. We booked while over in Bali and everything was smooth for check in and check out even though it was out of hours when we arrived. Shame there was a bunk and not a single bed for my 3 year old. He had to sleep with us. Beautiful park, shame we didnt stay longer to use the pool playground and go visit the wild life park near by.

Amazing service I checked in and out outside of. Business hours. It was easy convenient and stress free. I have stayed here before and they did not waste those years the facility is clean, the environment is quiet, and the cabins are designed well so your neighbors noise has very little impact on you. Love this place it was well worth the money and I will definitely stay again!

positive side: staff were friendly and helpful, there's place for self service car wash as well, location was close to swan valley, accessible to parks or supermarkets or petro station. negative side: Wi-Fi was poor and normal telco reception was poor as well, so you may end up not able to do any travel planning in door. probably need to go to function room to get Internet access. Furniture are generally in poor condition, especially the mattress and the bed frame, there's huge squrk sound when you turn around. Microwave oven and fridge were both noisy some how.

Very pet friendly.
Loved the park. The cabin was excellent. I stayed with my dog and appreciated the on-lead policy that everyone followed. The cabin was very clean and the staff were excellent.

Cabin 303. Was filthy. Hair in the shower everywhere. My mum had to clean up before she showered the kids. As soon as we walked in we saw ants all in the bathroom on the sink and later saw them all over the floor in lounge room and bedrooms. I notified staff however, we checked out the next morning. Also we booked the room and told them we had 3 adults and 2 children and booked the 5 person cabin however, they didn’t make the top bunk because apparently ‘that’s standard for a caravan park’. Floor was filthy our kids feet were black. Cleaning is a huge issue at this place. Reception staff were lovely upon check in.

The staff are warm and welcoming. Our room wasn't clean with dirty floors and mold in the shower. plus the lounge seat was in complete need of repair seat cushions were turned over to disguise the fact that the leather on the cushion had fallen off and was slowly peeling away from the cushions and what was left were big stains and other markings for us to seat on.
