Hotel convenient to medical facilities

Posted Jan 6, 2017
Pros: The staff were professional, helpful and friendly.
Cons: Decor and furnishings need a lift.
Location: Well located for a number of medical facilities. Public transport is good. Lakeside Shopping Centre a km or so walk, not a good idea on a hot day.
The hotel rooms are clean, but tired. Having stayed in many hotels we do not believe this one warrants four stars. There was a large crack from ceiling to floor next to the bed and furniture has a lot of wear and tear damage. The biggest inconvenience and annoyance to us was the fact that the restaurant was closed for the whole of January - something we were unaware of from the booking. Being able to get breakfast and/or dinner on site is important to us.

Comfortable stay facilities adequate

Stayed friday and Saturday night enjoyable I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. A bit pricey for what you get. Which was practically nothing
