Mercure Perth

Pros: Location and breakfast is good.
Cons: The shower screen in the standard rooms is too small, as such the whole toilet floor gets wet after a shower.
I have stayed in both the standard room and the superior room. We are happy with the superior room but not the standard room.

Well located in Perth CBD

Pros: Helpful staff and cleaning personnel. Rooms maintained well. Close to middle of CBD.
Cons: Lighting in bathroom was less that adequate for blade shaving - use of LCD lighting. Shower adequate with some temperature change that was unpleasant
Location: Good location and close to activities
Good hotel with spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and good amenities. Reception staff very good and helpful.

Pros: good size room and comfy bed. Clean and well stocked mini bar.
Cons: They charge your card for a deposit very quickly but they are not so quick to refund it.
Location: Great location next to the swan river and Perth cbd.

Gut gelegenes in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Die Lage ist perfekt: sowohl Innenstadt zu Fuß schnell erreichbar als auch der River, wo man Touren zB nach Rottnest Island unternehmen kann. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Check-in/out war zügig und Rezeption war freundlich. Das Zimmer war schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr kleines Bett (für 2 Personen) und Badezimmer. Sauberkeit lies zu Wünschen übrig: Flecken auf der Bettdecke, Fenster sehr dreckig, Duschstange überall verrostet, Schimmel an der Duschdecke. Im Allgemeinen schon sehr abgewohnt und staubig. Für ein Mercure Hotel habe ich definitiv besseres erwartet. Gegessen haben wir außerhalb vom Hotel. Für ein Stadthotel war es gut aber für ein Mercure Hotel definitiv nicht!!

Cons: sanitari vecchi da rivedere, vasca incrostata, più manutenzione, più pulizia, vista inesistente
Molto buono per la posizione, ma rispetto ad altri Mercure già visitati, quello di Perth non è stato come me lo aspettavo per quanto riguarda pulizia camera e manutenzione. Vasca da bagno scrostata e sanitari vecchi, finestra camera molto piccola con vista inesistente. Camera molto umida, fredda.

The reception team is friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and the bathroom too. But preferable to provide continental breakfast.

Close to the city it rooms need fixing

Pros: Was cheaper than others in city, valet parking was good and quick
Cons: Rooms need fixing,
The first room was nice but tap leaked in bathroom, as they don't have maintence on weekend the moved us to another which the fridge had water pooling inside. Ordered room service at 6 which they forgot and finally after ringing again got it at 8pm but it was very yummy. When we checked out another man was complaining about his room need fixing

Good location, very close to CBD . And very close to Perth Mint , only 10mins walking distance. And all the hotel staff is very nice, we would like to extend our appreciation to the Front Desk staff 'Jade' , Jade is very kind and helpful person. She always carry her smile face to all the guess, since we need to check the pick up point of the tour,Jade searched from the computer and show us the picture in order to make us more clear. Thanks
