This hotel features fully furnished apartments and bathrooms with laundry services and parking which were excellent and comfy too! Walking distance to shopping areas on Hay St. And parking is available on site however its on first come first serve basis. May not have the same parking and may require parking at a different location if necessary. Clean and comfy. Milk and coffee provided. Standard toiletries and clean towels provided. no drinking water is supplied.

Has potential but housekeeping standards are poor.Posted May 12, 2015
Great location, and very spacious apartment. However, the name Boutique is misleading, and cleanliness was very poor. I felt that I wanted to give the bathroom a good scrub. The apartment needs a thorough spring clean. I fear business will be lost unless standards are raised.

Good location, parking was a hassle with so many reserved parks, very noisy neighbours

Highly recommended, good location.Posted May 10, 2015
Convenient location, quick bus ride into the city. Numerous nearby restaurants for late-night dining. Not too far to walk all the way down St Georges Terrace either. Didn't make use of the facilities but free internet provided (slow though, so bring your own prepaid). Rooms were clean. Also got a free upgrade which I was pleased about.

Our second stayPosted May 2, 2015 on Wotif
This was our second stay at the mont Clair and this time very disappointed. The front staff member was terribly rude to us both times when asking questions or a simple extension of room. The washing machine in room did not work or dry clothes properly.

Smoke filled receptionPosted Apr 26, 2015 on Wotif

Cons: Almost everything!
Location: Location is good.
You refer to this place as a 4 and a half star, it is a 3 at best.. 3 Bed apartment for7 people only one shower, bathrooms a disgrace tile grout filthy, lounge furniture very smelly, we had to spray with Glen 20. all room very bland most unwelcoming, kitchen adequate! every one had to walk through a bedroom to reach the shower and laundry room. Reception very well appointed, as for the rest we were very upset about. and we will most definitely not recommend to any one. Other than the kitchen area the furniture was disgraceful. Main bedroom bedside light unable to use no where to plug it in, Very noisy from Car park and pool area, no Staff on duty after 7pm. The worse stay ever in Perth.
