I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Based on the room description, it was supposed to include cookware, an oven, and other kitchen facilities, but these were not provided. I raised this with the hotel staff, but they were not very friendly and did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology. They offered to move me to an apartment-style room with cookware; however, that room did not have the full water view that I had specifically booked. The staff claimed that Expedia made a mistake in the description, but Expedia would only use the information provided by the hotel, so this explanation was not convincing. I also asked for some bottled water, and the staff were reluctant to provide it. During my stay, two out of the three lifts was broken, which resulted in long waiting times. Additionally, my room key card repeatedly stopped working and had to be reactivated multiple times. Overall, the room was not what I expected, the staff were not friendly or helpful, and the location is not convenient for getting to the city. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Checked in early, accessed my room, left briefly, and returned to find it had been reassigned to another guest (who didn’t react too kindly). This is a serious security issues. Although another room was provided, the situation was unacceptable and undermines confidence in the hotel’s procedures. It’s not a good feeling at all. I’m afraid won’t be returning anytime soon.

Location was perfect, staff were very helpful and curtious. Our room was attended daily and cleaned. The only difficulty was that there were only two lifts. This is a large hotel. When we checked out We had to walk down from the fifth floor with our luggages as the lifts were occupied for more than 10 minutes so that we could catch our taxi back to the airport on time. Having said that we really enjoyed our stay and will try to come back.
