I also asked for some bottled water, and the staff were reluctant to provide it. During my stay, two out of the three lifts was broken, which resulted in long waiting times. Additionally, my room key card repeatedly stopped working and had to be reactivated multiple times. Overall, the room was not what I expected, the staff were not friendly or helpful, and the location is not convenient for getting to the city.
