The location of the Hotel is fantastic, but what makes it so special is the great service, the lovely rooms and the affordability. I have stayed at the Rendezvous Hotel Perth Central before, and it will continue to be my preferred Hotel of choice whenever I stay in Perth

Disappointing

Pros: Perfect location.
Cons: Softer beds, clean cups, fill up tea and coffee box when making up rooms!
Location: Had a function at Elizabeth Quay one night and Kings Park the next. Perfect location for both.
Have stayed here before but this stay was very disappointing. Bed was VERY hard. Only one tea bag for the morning, this wasn't filled up for the 2nd night's stay. The cups weren't clean. We had to clean the cups before using. Also, the sound on the tv was awful. Little things, but enough to put you off staying there again.

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Parking and food in the restaurant.
Location: Walking distance to Perth arena and Elizabeth Quay.
The hotel advertises limited parking but doesnt tell you it needs to be booked ahead. Us and several other guests were unaware of this and had to park in the public carpark up the street. I suspect they don't have much parking at all.

Noisy hotel and bad matter reception girl

Arrived at hotel as returning guest but was threatend very bad by desk clerk (Wagner). When I asked for a quite room I was threatend even more bad (apparently not allowed to ask). I checked in total 3 rooms (all sides of the building) and noise is realy bad. On two sides you hear the freeway and on the building site the aircon units as window cant be clossed properly. Room was ok, only surprised that parking was an additional fee while Wotif stated not. Overall I would not stay here again, heaps of noise from highway and cheap price attracks bogans who make too much noise.

Best coffee in Perth

Stayed here for 2 nights and it can'tbe beaten for value. The coffee downstairs was spectacula, regardless of who made it. Would stay again.

Great hotel and room, quiet area in Perth, easy to access and great location to get around the city. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nice hotel close to everything

This hotel is well situated close to most amenities, bed was very comfortable and staff were very helpful.
