Location: If you want to do a decent day trip from Perugia, go to lovely Gubbio by bus (instead of crowded Assisi).
Charming little hotel, centrally located in a very charming town (perhaps more like a B. and B.) on the upper floor of a 15th century building. Room was spacious and clean. The private bathroom was a bit small as it had been retrofitted into the room, but still fine and functional. Run by a very friendly elderly couple. (I was happy to be able to speak a bit of Italian with them, as I sense that their English is fairly limited.) Breakfast was decent. Covenient to both the Pincetto or Cupa Mini Metro stations which brings you into town from the rail station. I'd stay there again.

Hotel Anna Perugia

Very old but charming building. 3 flights of stairs. They helped with the luggage. The people couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast was standard for Italy. Juice, coffees pastry, breads and cold cuts, cereal and yogurt. College neighborhood very close to the 3 main piazzas. We would return.

A quaint rustic Italian B&B in the historical centre of Perugia. Freindly and helpful hosts. Comfortable bed.

The place is unbeatable. Take the minimetro from the train station to leave the Anna, instead of the uphill street.

Central location in Perugia

Guesthouse Anna is on a steep hill in the centre of town, 3 minutes walk from the cathedral. The building is ancient and atmospheric, and the guesthouse has an air of faded grandeur, but is on need of renovation. The rooms are small, but cosy and the facilities, though basic, were perfectly adequate for a short stay. The hosts don't speak English, but I new enough italian to get by. They were charming and friendly.

I totally recommend it.

Anna's is a really nice hotel, very good located, in piazza IV de novembre which is a really popular place in Perugia. It's not really a hotel, it's more like staying in someone else's house, which I think it makes it so much better. The rooms are big enough. And the hotel manager, is an amazing person, she's really nice, always happy and willing to help. Consider light luggage because there's no elevator and it's located on the 4th floor.

I padroni sono simpaticissimi. L'albergo è come casa loro, come la casa della nonna. Colazione ottima.

Dans le centre ancien , l'immeuble a du charme et les propriétaires sont très discrets et aimables.

Hotel essenziale...

Difficile da raggiungere, parcheggio complicato, struttura fatiscente; posizione strategica, proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
