Trip to the eighties
The standard rooms in this hotel are really out-dated, felt like a trip back to the eighties. There were tiny grey bugs in the bathroom, not sure what they were but it made us feel really uncomfortable. In the room, we could see the airconditioning and other systems through the ceiling, really weird. Breakfast was ok though, best part of the hotel.

Good hotel, bad breakfast(during pandemic)
I had a pleasant stay, the staff was really helpful, they had a big parking garage and a really equipped gym. The only bad thing was the breakfast which was really poor but I hope it was just because of this pandemic situation

Dear Guest, thank you for your review, we truly apologize for the inconvenience occurred during your stay. We have a renowned restaurant and the day of your visit we were fully booked. We always suggest to book in advance. Our hotel is located in a commercial area: at 300 metres there are 2 big shopping malls and at the same distance other restaurants where it is possible to eat a typical dish, an hamburger or just a pizza. Decent for a stop off, but I'd overlook next time
Decent enough if you need a late night check in due to the 24 hour desk. Kind of a shady area with shady people walking about late at night -- I was worried about my rental car. Room was decent, but definitely more of a motel vibe then 4 star. More run down then the pictures show. I slept well enough, but my girlfriend was up the entire night because of the very loud AC unit -- either super cold or off. Also, we both woke up with a few new mosquito bites -- so I guess the windows aren't so good.

Ordinary chain hotel - fairly tired rooms. Air con was not up to the task on an admittedly warm night - the management did offer an alternative room. Location is on the outskirts of Perugia - not much in the way of nearby entertainment.

Had to switch rooms 3 times. First one the ac did not work. Second room, the tv channels did not work properly. Third room, ac worked, room was comfortable, tv channels did not work properly. People working on the elevators left the metal shavings on the floor, which became embeded on the soles of your shoes. Elevator buttons were not working. Location was not apealing and dirty.

Room was ok but we were on 2nd floor above restaurant and the evening noise was very loud. The staff would not pryac or fan to room so window was open and noise was until 1 am or room got stuffy. Make sure you are on street side or away from restaurant

Easy access location
Very nice hotel and friendly, experienced front desk staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast is only 3 Euro, best deal in Italy! The hotel is close enough to the highway for easy access in any direction, but not so close as to hear traffic. Parking is free. Hotel was all we could have asked for.

Nice Hotel. Great Front Desk Staff
The Hotel is a decent one. The added value are the staff at the front desk who assisted us. I met all three, two guys at check in in the afternoon and the night shift, and a gorgeous lady at check out and they all were pretty helpful and cheery. Going back there once I am in Italy will be for sure.

Hotel close to the city center at reasonable rates
We were very pleased with the service and hotel. The only drawback was finding it. We are accustomed to seeing the best western logo by the entrance here in the states. In Perugia the signs were hidden among a multitude of other signs on the road. We ate at il Visio restaurant connected to the hotel and our waiter Giuseppe was exceptional.

Very quite and cozy hotel
Stuff are great. Hotel is very close to bus station that would take you to city center (Piazza Italia), but it takes approx. 45 mins by bus. Hotel is clean & modern. I liked it.

Blown away by this best western. The chain has really thought outside the box when they refurbished it. Also I never eat at the hotel restaurant but in this case it's so good I can't find better.

Good overall stay, hotel does not have a/c or shuttle to local attractions as initially stated on hotels.com. Also the heat in the hotel was difficult to turn off. If you like warm and toasty hotel rooms, this hotel is for you :).

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and updated. A very nice breakfast and reasonable room rates. Also, the hotel was located near some major roads.

A somewhat depressing hotel in appearance and décor. Very inconvenient location but good value nonetheless. A good restaurant attached. One needs a car if staying here plus a Satnav.

Great service and location
Walking distance to all major sites. Very easy to get to. On a quiet, safe and relatively upscale street. Perfect for travellers doing it solo. Breakfast is very nice, staff bend over backwards for the guests. Lacking: only Lobby has WiFi, room has none. Single room is very very very small, the bed is also very small but bathroom is nice. The hotel really need a little bit of touch ups: walls are chipped not repaired, new carpet much needed, and wood floor in my room is coming apart. In general not worth the money if you can find something in the area for cheaper. But if you couldn't I would choose this place because it does have its merits.

This was an amazing hotel. It was comfortable and the staff was great. Breakfast was also very good. It isn't close to anything but there is an amazing little town about 5 minutes ago.

Booked hotel for girls trip to Umbria Jazz festival 2013, nice location but hotel shuttle does not provide service to center of town you have to take taxis which can get pricey or the bus which can be slow if you are on a schedule.

We did enjoy the good breakfast and the Internet access. But the room did not have a bathtub, airconditioning or heating system was defective. The phone to call reception had a loud background noise, one could barely hear the receptionist. The key was very old fashion and barely worked. I could not open the door without the help of my husband. The local bus ride to center city too long, almost one hour.Receptionists were kind.
