"Very well located, just out of the limited trafic area (50m from the elevator to go up to downtown). Still, it is 80m far from parking where you have a hotel discount. Great facilities, amazing beds, wonderul staff: i highly recommend it."

"beautiful property, the staff its very pleasant and try to accompany your needs. we traveled with small children and they helped us with all our requests. the hotel has a restaurant on site and dinner was delicious. Also on reception area they have a mini bar ans prepare couple drinks and nice lounge area to enjoy it. i highly recommended. its a very short and easy drive from Assisi and has beautiful views of the city and the mountains. my only small complaint it was the bed was very hard..:(. but some people like it. I recommend it. "

"great property to utilize for the Perugia City Center area Easy Downhill 8 min walk to the Tram Station, and a easy 22 Min walk down later in the evening from the City Center Lunch as excellent at the Hotel, and the breakfast options were great as well Overall very happy with the hotel property"

"Owners were awesome, very helpful, both spoke English. Breakfast was pretty nice. Hotel was clean, neat and the grounds were quite pleasant. The roses out by the entrance to the pool gorgeous and amazing. My only complaint was having to ask for the air conditioner remote. Even though the nights were cool, getting the air to transfer outside with out movement was impossible. Oh! And not a bad location if you have a car."
