AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
This was our first visit to Assisi and it did not disappoint. The location of the property was perfect. We had the best views of everything. Our balcony was so perfect. My only complaint was that we didn't have more time to spend there as this was only a 2 day stay. I loved being right next to the large gate that took us into the city. We were also so close to the buses. The breakfast was wonderful! So much variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating to us. If we ever make it back to Assisi, I would not want to stay anywhere else but here!

The hotel is an older building that blends in with the town of Assisi. However the room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the valley below. The parking lot for the building was very small, However they weren’t very busy. If they were, we may have had to park in the public lot. The hotel is a short walk from the main Basilica. There are also many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great location with views of Umbria Valley and easy walk into the hillside town of Assisi. Was very happy with the unobstructed views for the entire valley. Stunning!

The hotel is located inside the ZTL so we had to park the car and haul our bags up the hill to the hotel. The staff was friendly and we had a balcony with a great view of the valley below. The hotel is a short walk to the Basilica of Saint Francis where the Saint is buried.

San Francesco basilica so close
Fantastic location in Assisi right at the San Francesco gate. Wonderful views over the surrounding landscape and the basilica so close. Bed not very comfortable and could do with an update though we have views from the bed.Would have liked a kettle in the room but there was a small fridge with drinks to purchase. Sound proofed room which was great as many people passing and tour buses parked close. Small amount I parking out the front and needed to leave the car keys at reception.

Water would not drain in the shower. Had to wash feet after stepping out of it. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Bedside table lamp was broken. No soap for washing hands, only shower gel.

LOVE IT!
Asis the town of St Francis of Asis, what an experice, I would love to leave in a little old town like that, the love that we felt in Asis is unexplainable, you have to be there.

Lovely Stay!
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel to the bus stop and all the major sightseeing places was fantastic. Also, the best part of it all was the view of the Basilica which I had from my room. Definitely will stay here again if I head back to Assisi next time.

Charmign hotel with amazing view
If you want a hotel right outside of the walled city of Siena, within walking distance, with an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, a great breakfast, and a friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff, then stay here! We had a wonderful two nights, will definitely return.
