Just Plain Comfortable

Posted Nov 29, 2017
Pros: Comfortable & quiet Used the pool, Jacuzzi, and exercise room Long breakfast hours - 6:00 to 10:30 am
Cons: More room at the breakfast area
We had a nine day stay and were very comfortable. The only drawbacks were the breakfast room/lobby which is small and could be very crowded at breakfast. Missed having the Gideon Bible in the room - wish they'd put it back.

edge of town

Posted Nov 28, 2017
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Please use Natural cleansers or unscented.
Location: Lagunitas brewery close by. Quick access to 101N. Lock ur car as that's an easy getaway, too. Nice drive to Downtown Petaluma and Outlet mall
This place was a bit scary when pulling into a dark parking lot next to a casino by the 101N. When I entered the assigned room there was such a strong smell of cleanser/air sanitizer I almost gagged. I had to leave the window open all night. The breakfast was lovely and fresh and the setting was clean.

Thank you for taking the time to write. We appreciate the high marks you awarded us. The Casino that you refer to is a modern style establishment that had a full restaurant and bar. While I understand that some may perceive that such businesses are prone to crime, this isn't the case with the Park West Casino. Thank you again. We’ll see you soon! I love the comment about the WiFi working. This is because at a lot of establishments this isn't always the case. We'll see you soon.

Perfect location next to the interstate

Posted Nov 12, 2017
Relatively quiet location next to the interstate. Quick and easy access to San Fran, Sonoma and Bodega Bay. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at, and the queen beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Staff very friendly, and more than willing to help. Continental breakfast offered lots of chice ranging from eggs and bacon to waffles.

Location, comfortable beds, cleanliness and helpful staff are what should be standard at any hotel. The sad reality is that this is not always true. This is why we take great care to make sure our guests have an experiance they deserve. We'll see you soon.

very so-so

Posted Oct 16, 2017
This room needed an update badly.. peeling wallpaper, furniture that looked like it had been bought at a garage sale. Not very clean.. Pulled bedside table forward to plug in cord for electronics and there was dust and dirt and THINGS behind the table. Margin of rug where vaccum doesn't reach was noticeably dirty. yuck.

Nice and easy location

Posted Oct 10, 2017
Offers the basics - would recommend for a one night stay while in wine country. Nice hot breakfast. Halls smelled like smoke/cigarettes but room was clean. Just a basic room, nothing special. Comfy bed.

Petaluma Hotel

Posted Oct 2, 2017
Pros: It was easy to get to, clean, parking in front of room, friendly staff.
Cons: There's a strong smell of air freshener in the hallways, and if you are sensitive to scents, this may bother you.
Location: The Pacific West across the street has food and drinks, and downtown Petaluma is a few miles away with shopping, dining and entertainment.
We went to see a show at the Mystic, and knew it would be a late night. The Quality Inn offered a reasonably priced room, close by, and we were able to take Lyft back and forth the to the venue. We skipped the lobby breakfast and had a full cooked breakfast across the street at Pacific West.
