Nice location next to the Marina

The rooms are clean, but contrary to what is listed in amenities, no microwave in our room and when we asked they told us we were welcome to use the one on their little snack shop. Also, no continental breakfast, which most hotels that charge less include, so I rated then a 4 instead of 5.

Thanks for staying with us. We do have a limited number of microwave ovens to lend, but I will make sure that it's not listed as an amenity. When they are gone, they are gone!

Nature Trails all around

Pros: Staff and the in room coffee
Cons: Cleaning staff didn't get to our room until after 3:30 and bartenders that don't short pour - especially with the prices being charged
Location: Beautiful scenery with walking trails all around. Close to wineries, casino's along with lakes and rivers.
The hotel staff was very accommodating and more than eager to please. The thermostat was broken in our room but that was about the only issue we had. That and the room service items sat in the hallway outside the doors of the rooms for most of the day. Best in room coffee i've ever had at a hotel. Why do they charge a parking fee?

Very comfortable

I stayed with my eight year old daughter and we had a great time! We swam in the heated pool, got room service for breakfast, and it was all great. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff we met were kind and helpful. I also loved the view of the marina from our room.

Great experience

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice gym but a few pieces were not working. Restaraunt was excellent. Beds very comfortable and easy access close to downtown.

Great Location

Enjoyed staying except for 2 things. Room right next to elevator motors so had to listen to it all day and night. Very annoying. Room was way too hot. Had to run air conditioner even though it was 50 degrees outside.

Best hotel in the area

Elegant rooms, comfortable beds, movies to order that are still in theaters, room service, good shower, properly dressed room with free bottled water, good smelling soap, refrigerator, nice view! My favorite hotel in the north bay!

Frigid pool and not friendly staff.

We were told twice via the phone that the outdoor pool was heated. IT was not and freezing! The reason we chose this pool was for our babymoon and that my doctor only recommends swimming due to a complication. Very disappointing and manager did not return phone call.

Club Level was great!

We enjoyed the food in the Club Lounge - turkey and mashed potatoes! Plenty to eat and drink. Room was comfortable, too - great shower, soft bed.
