The property was well maintained and pretty clean overall. Inside of the penthouse suites the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking and I would definitely stay here again. The unit has easy to adjust temperature controls, which we found very useful as the AC would get really cold, but it was easy to adjust as needed. The staff on the property was super helpful with recommendations and just helping us navigate the island. Overall, it was a great trip and I would recommend anyone stay here.

Surprised by power outages. TVS did not include guides to determine channels. The restaurant service seemed rather slow.

The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property

I was terribly ill beginning only the 2nd night of our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful with making sure I had anything I needed, including a personal ride to the medical center on the island. While I wasn't able to leave my room to explore on St. John, their hospitality and caring made my stay as pleasant as it could be. For that, I am so grateful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I hope to visit again one day.

The property is older and the bathrooms definitely need a refresh. The shower head had heavy buildup and the shower curtain was dingy almost gray. Overall the room and property were clean and the location is great but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
