It was on a hill very hard to get out of my car. We had a trailer so the parking was a little difficult besides that the rooms were very nice. My stay was very nice.

The Hot Tub was not working. The heat in our room was not working. A plug socket was hanging out of the wall. The towel rods in the bathroom were missing. We were moved to another room, where there was no heat. We were moved to a 3rd room, where the TV didn't work. The TV didn't work.

Overall a very mid level experience. Parts of the bathroom could have been cleaner but for the price it more than got the job done. Very nice room for the price. Also I half expected it to be in an unsafe area but it wasn’t. Safe location, clear cut and to the point staff which I love considering I only wanted to use it as a place to sleep. I love the little binder they give you as it had any information about the hotel and surrounding areas that I could need. Absolutely would stay here again and would recommend it to everyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Hot tub was not working but could go to Apple Tree Inn and use their pool and hot tub. Very unique elevator. Small home type elevator with inside door to close. Could barely fit the luggage cart and a person. Great hot breakfast.

I stayed here with my sister and our 3 kids (6,6,8) for one night for my neices birthday. Nice big room, very comfy beds and wonderful staff! Property is a bit older, and the bathrooms could use a touch of an upgrade but overall it was excellent for the price. The free limo service around town was the bees knees. The kids absolutely lost their minds when it pulled up to take us to Applebee's. The continental breakfast was awesome too, lorsvof variety, including hot options, and Folgers on tap. Will be back for sure!

My only complaint would be that your housekeeping staff needs to do a little better at keeping the hallways swept and trash removed from stairways

While all of the staff was very kind and pleasant, the hotel itself wasn’t in great condition. The pool and hot tub looked disgusting. I was very disappointed after leaving a hotel with no pool to rent a room here and find that I wouldn’t even stick my big toe in the hot tub. It was filthy. Also, our room was ok, but the toilet seat was gross. It looked dirty but I kept wiping it off and it wouldn’t go away. It should have been replaced.

Hotel is a little older than the ones close to the Casino. Staff was very friendly and kind. I got a good price for the room, and the fridge was decent sized. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

I redeemed a free stay on Hotels.com here so I feel I can’t complain much. But. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough for the shower (NO bathtub), causing excessive water to get on bathroom floor. Their hot tub is in dire need of fixing up. It’s missing paint in spots, really sad & gross looking. Also, if the jets aren’t on… check the knob on the wall with NO sign by it, we figured it out at the end. The employee came in with towels, but didn’t turn it on or point it out for me sitting in the sad, no bubbly hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good and lots of options.
This shower curtain does nothing to keep the water in the shower.
Either longer shower curtain needed or higher ledge for shower floor.
