While my two night stay was as good as any other hotel stay that I’ve had, it was the Customer Service that made this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. In the early evening of my second night, it became apparent that a blizzard forecast for the area was probably going to force me into staying an additional day or two if I did not get out of town as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I had rented skis and since the ski shop was closed until the next day, I was looking at the possibility of having to miss my window for a safe, drive home. Lucky for me, Grant was working behind the desk. He offered to drop off my skis the next morning, allowing me to get on the road at 2am and get home just ahead of the ice storm. Without his help, I would have been stuck there for at least an additional day or two. Thank you, Grant!!!
