Very good location to visit Petosky, Traverse City, Charlevoix, as well as Mackinaw and the UP.

Good location for what we wanted to do, breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. I had to go to front desk to get more toilet paper as there wasn’t a spare roll in the room. When we went to bed we found sand or something made up in the bed, we didn’t want have call someone and have to wait to get the bed remade with CLEAN sheets so we sleep on top of them. We won’t be using them for any return trips to area.

Convenient location
Convenient location between downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Very affordable room rate with better than average free continental breakfast. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillow.
