Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice bar area. Unfortunately steam bath was not in usable condition: strong smell of paint .

Very nice and well maintained hotel at entrance to Petra monument park. Ideal location. Spectacular food in the restaurant. Staff very accommodating for arranging pick up in Aqaba and side trip to Wadi Rum.

We simply loved it. Our room was comfy. Food was great. It's located right in front of the entrance to Petra.

Very good hotel right near to the entrance of thE

Pros: Proximity to the Centre of Petra .
Cons: Getting sachets of coffee for the room was a problem, but a minor one.
Location: Plenty of cheaper restaurants nearby, but they tended to sell all the same types of food.
Great that the hotel was so near to the Centre as it meant we could easily relax following a long walk. Lovely and warm in the room after a coldish day.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable attention to detai

The staff are warm and friendly, but the true highlight is lounge area and the restaurants and pubs on the ground floor. The architecture and interior design details are amazing and they even carry some of those details to the rooms. The other benefit is your just steps away from the main entrance to Petra. And for those concerned about security, there is a staffed gate house that cars must pass to get to the entrance. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra.

Convenient to Petra + nice room service

Posted Feb 2, 2017
Nice room service. Waiters were professional, yet had a sense of humor. Great breakfast delivery. A little understaffed in the lobby when tour groups come through. The hotel should give a receipt at checkout to confirm all charges have been paid. Also, parking was a bit tight--if you drive, give yourself plenty of time to retrieve your car as you may be blocked in by a tour bus, etc. a good value hotel at low season price.

Good location, slightly dated.

Posted Jan 23, 2017
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Dated bedrooms.
Location: Petra!
This is the closest hotel to Petra main entrance (apart from the one inside). Slightly dated rooms but nice communal areas, average breakfast, good choice of TV channels in English, reasonable value, I would stay there again.
