Need more employees

Pros: View was amazing
Cons: Service, spa facilities seemed rundown, although the female masseuse was excellent.
Location: If you're going to Petra itself, it is about a 10 minute drive away.
First, let me caveat this by saying we were there during the last two days of Ramadan and then one day of Eid. We expected the hotel to be quiet, which is one of the reasons we stayed there. But we were disappointed in the service..there were not enough servers, bartenders, etc. it felt like we were always hunting someone down. The view is absolutely amazing....but that would be my only reason for recommending them. The food was mediocre and, to me, the hotel just didn't feel up to Marriott standards.

Great views of nearby wadis

Posted May 10, 2017
Pros: Views of surrounding landscape.
Cons: Lobby restaurant and bar, featuring Arab-style food, was excellent, but the downstairs restaurant left a lot to be desired.
Location: Nothing in immediate area, but the ancient town of Petra is about a 20-minute drive from hotel, which is the main reason for staying here.
Hotel is not bad, but it's isolated from the activities of the downtown area. Once you've checked in, you're pretty much stuck unless you have a car or a reliable means to get around -- no nearby restaurants, stores, or other attractions. On the other hand, the hotel offers nice views of the surrounding wadis and mountains.

Deal for the location

Posted Apr 19, 2017 on Hotels
This hotel is reachable by a vehicle because it is little bit away from the tourist site. Nice location with a nice view. Swimming pool is seasonal since it is not a heated pool. Restaurant was k. Rooms were not that great and was smelling the wash room because exhaust was not working properly. Staff was cooperative and helpful.... Anyway worth the price in such a location... Be careful while using google maps while going to the visitor centre because it may take you through impossible in inhabited roads...

Great view, nice room.

We liked the room with 2 queen beds and a great view. It is a bit far from Petra and Wadi Musa center but nice amenities. Pool is not heated, unfortunately. Staff was good. Food was unremarkable.
