Pros: The pool and the breakfast.
Nice accommodations very close to Petra so no long walks up the hill after a full day's walking, hiking, climbing. That area of Wadi Musa is void of culture though so it's isolating to stay there.

Overnight in Wadi Musa, the location next to Petra

Posted Apr 19, 2017
Pros: Checking out
Cons: Everything
Location: The hotel is close to the Petra entrance. Wadi Musa itself is needs a make over. Small selection of places to eat. Petra itself is great.
The rooms in the old section need a total renovation. They are dirty, the TV is old, the bed linen should have been thrown away years ago, the towels are grey and worn. Wifi is only available in the lobby. The breakfast is ok but the eating area is dirty.

Very basic rooms with poor decoration e.g threadbare carpet and chipped wooden furniture. Bathroom was ok and shower was decent. No wifi in rooms only in lobby. You are paying for the location, which is excellent for access to Petra.

Tired hotel and definitely overpriced!

Posted Apr 7, 2017
While the location is close to Petra, the price of the hotel is way too much for what you get. The building and rooms are in much need of an upgrade. Also, the breakfast is less than desired. It is mostly bread and sugar.

Great location with outdated hotel

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Location: Petra gate is super close and that will keep anyone busy for a few days.
The hotel is located close to Petra gate. The establishment is pretty old and might need a bit of renovation. Overall service is ok. Breakfast could use fresher items. For the price the overall experience could be a bit better. However it is one of the cheapest hotel available within proximity of the gate.

Awesome views and guide

We can't speak highly enough about this place. Abbas was a great guide. Awesome view of the pyramids/sphinx from rooftop over breakfast. Ask for Egypt breakfast. Check the little shops around the corner. A real jewel.

Petra Palace is located close to the main entrance of Petra, ideal location. Staff are helpful.the breakfast was good and also you should try open buffet dinner the food was excellent. there is no internet in the rooms it has to be used only in the lobby.this was very uncomfortable
