"The staff from the second we arrived to when we left were all amazing! They helped unload our bags and get them to the room, check in was so quick and they helped us with express laundry as we had to left the following day! The restaurant staff had amazing suggestions for breakfast and gave us many samples of local Indonesian dishes we could try! If we come back to Medan, this will be the definite place we will plan to stay at! Thanks for the great stay! "

"Fantastic service, consistent with the Radisson brand. Close to all the food that Medan is known for. Hospitality is out of this world. They go way out of their way to take care of the guests. Had a wonderful staycation at this opulent looking hotel. Didn’t disappoint. Room was spacious and luxurious. Most impressed by their breakfast buffet, with a menu of ala carte items included in the buffet. My favourite was the omelette with lobster sauce. Each dish was well prepared and lovely! Highly recommend. The bathtubs are amazing, the pool is glorious, and the gym has a good amount of weights and other equipment."
