Outdated and overpriced.

First the hotel charged me more than I reserved for. Then they weren't going to give me waterpark passes with my stay so I asked if it was too late to cancel my stay and suddenly they gave me the park passes. The park was only open 1 of the 3 days we were at the hotel, which isn't quite fair because I know their rates include waterpark fees. We go to the waterpark, which has been unchanged for many many many years. The music skips constantly, the nets to the basketball game we're falling off, there was sand in the indoor hot tub (the whole park is indoors), and no carry ins are allowed and the only option to get food or drink is their little stand inside the waterpark, which of course, is overpriced. Overall, for $300 for 2 nights, you can get a better deal someplace else.

It was a good experience! Second time we've stayed and we will go back! Kids enjoyed it rooms are a little small but overall great staff and fun!

Wedding destination

We left room, door left open 6 inches after cleaning. Restaurant food average, some meals good some not. Staff was excellent.

Waterpark fun but dirty hotel..

My girls and I thought the waterpark was very fun. Lots of activities for all ages! Lifeguards were great and enforced rules to ensure safety. However...the hotel rooms were not clean. The hallways were littered with chips and such. Carpet pulling up in spots, paint chipped, beds not very cozy, and walls PAPER thin. I am not a picky person by any means but I definitely would not stay overnight here again. Day passes to the waterpark instead of a hotel stay will likely happen in the future though.

Multiple problems during my stay.

pictutes online do not match the quality of this hotel. The hotel is outdated other than the waterpark, which is not included in the price per night. Booked with two adults and two children. Bathroom was equipped with one wash cloth, one hand towel and two bath towels. Bathtub did drained very slowly. Stood in three inches of water within the first minute of the initial shower. No fan in the bathroom. Loose fitting wood "cabinet" in a corner of the room covering spider web infested pipes. Pillows are literally two-three inches thick. Bedspreads had spots on them that felt like it had plastic melted on it...that's what I was hoping it at least. $119 on Friday night and $149 for Saturday night! And you still have to pay $20 or $30 for waterpark passes. People at the front desk gave me the impression that we were bothering them. Have us the incorrect room number initially. Properties are not secure. Anyone can just walk in 24/7. Best thing that happened was that they let me cancel my reservation for Saturday night.

You are correct that water park wristbands are not included with any rooms booked on 3rd party sites. There is information about this on the booking page and I apologize for any confusion. Great place for a quick family getaway

Kids loved the waterpark. Rooms and hotel is dated and badly in need of upgrades. However, staff have EXCELLENT customer service skills.

Nice hotel

Hotel was overall pretty nice. Our room was small compared to others we've visited but still nice. The restaurants were awesome and Joey our server was so cool! The guy was very warm and welcoming and made my 4/5 year old laugh. Checking in and out was speedy and you were told about specials right away. We got an upgrade for waterpark passes right away and told we could use them even after check out. Awesome!

Waterpark is fun, everything else is just OK

Was very disappointed to find out that when you book through external sites (Expedia) it doesn't include the waterpark. The walls are paper thin. The front lobby was locked in the morning where you couldn't even check out without walking outside and around. While we waited by the locked door to talk to the front desk, the staff continued to walk by and completely ignored us. My 4 year old lost her wrist band so we had to wait in the freezing cold lobby to get a replacement, which is fine but the front desk worker ignored us while she was helping another couple check in without even acknowledging us with a friendly nod or "I will be right with you". When she did help us she was very nice but simply handed us a new wrist band - no questions asked. It would have been appreciated if she would have politely excused herself for just a moment to get us the new wristband while she was checking in the other couple (who had expired coupons, etc. to discuss) instead of having us stand in the lobby wearing swimsuits. The rooms were ok - not at all the high-end experience that align with the rates. Overall - the waterpark is fun but if it weren't for that we wouldn't consider booking.

Regarding your comment about the surcharge to add water park admission, Water Park wristbands are not included with rooms booked on 3rd party sites as some customers prefer to book a room only. There is information on the booking site regarding this policy and I am sorry if there was any confusion. As for your comment about the lobby door, please know that the front door to the hotel is never locked and the desk is staffed 24 hours a day. What you were referring to is the front door to the water park entrance which does get locked when the park is closed. Finally, we are glad that your family felt the water park was fun and hope you reconsider staying with us again in the future.

Hotel all right our room was located above the pool area chlorine was so strong I ended up with an allergy reaction and sinus allergies I had a miserable time with the grandkids
