Was a bit disappointed to discover no microwave in the room. And further disappointed that one of the duel shower heads in the shower was not functioning. Overall good experience and would be willing to return.

Thumbs up! Love this hotel
Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Common areas are clean. Everything was in working order. The laundry area is convenient, clean and did it's purpose. The staff is amazing and friendly. We love pool area. It's clean and spacious. The whirl pool is awesome for relaxing. Breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was great and had a lot of options. We really so enjoy this hotel.

We had a great stay here during our trip to visit family for Thanksgiving! Very nice indoor pool and fitness center. The beds were comfy too! The breakfast was not very good in the Michigan cafe but their are many good dining options nearby. The hotel was very dark and needed some updates but was kept clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I wish they had complimentary water and hot coffee available in the lobby for guests. They had coffee in hotel store but it was only made once a day and very cold/old by the afternoon. Overall, it was a good place and would stay again for future trips.

Spouse 70th birthday
Did not sleep well due to improperly hung window coverings. Big gap allowing the parking lot light to shine directly on the pillow and then the sun having the same affects in the morning. To get anykind of sleep had to sleep at tbe foot end of the bed.

Disgusting- shower head blew off - they had to know it needed servicing but they decided to rent it anyway. Had an important business meeting but could not shower.

We got a suite and the couch in the suite was worn out and looked like it needed to be replaced. The bedroom didn’t have great lighting, which could have been fixed by better placement and one more light. The bathroom didn’t have towel hooks anywhere near the shower. The lobby was beautiful for a good public look, but the room itself was disappointing, even more so considering the price paid for it compared to the other rooms there.

The property was nice, hotel was in decent condition. Some small repairs and updates needed. We specifically booked this property before others because of the hot tub. (Kid free getaway and wanted to sit in a hot tub!) unfortunately it was closed the entire stay. There was a paper sign at the front desk saying hot tub was out of order. The paper was worn and looked like it has been there for several weeks. If I had known this I would’ve stayed somewhere else. The pool looked fine but loud children each time we walked by. Very disappointing and not the relaxing weekend getaway I had hoped for.

I have stayed here before and like the convenient location. Last time I stayed was before COVID. It seems like many hotels post-COVID will not go back to levels of service experienced prior to the pandemic despite doubling the price. For this particular stay, there was one small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. Also, I had to fill the toilet tank before using. I like the 2-head shower - that was a nice surprise.

Underrated hotel
We stayed at this hotel after our wedding. The hotel is beautiful inside and the rooms are very clean. We had a small issue with the AC system leaking water but the staff (Heather) was wonderful and promptly upgraded us to an executive suite. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, solely based on the level of service we received!

In a good location for our needs. Could do dome updates to the rooms in regards to coffee machine (10 minutes to brew Keurig style) and USB for charging are standard now and they don’t have one in the room nor any at front desk to use. Hotel was quiet.

Water pressure in the shower was very bad but overall my stay was great the staff was extremely friendly the jetted tib in my room was amazing also Thunder Bay Grille on the restaurant is also a really good staff is very friendly the lady at the front desk help me make a reservation kind of late

My daughter lives in Chicago and I live in Oshkosh so we met in Pewaukee for an over nighter along with my granddaughter. Everything was good except the smell in the lobby and the hallway. It smelled of marijuana? Not sure what that is about but I wouldn’t go back because of it.

Hotel looks well maintained. Was clean. Little older but still nice. Some areas showing age like jacuzzi tub in the room. Didn’t like that my king suite didn’t have a microwave. Being a travel nurse, I’m in hotels alot and need to be able to warm food up.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The employee at the desk that checked us in was very friendly! The hallways had an odor of marijuana, which I was not thrilled about. The room was somewhat clean. There were residue marks on the desk, smudges all over the refrigerator, hair in the bathroom, and what appeared to be blood on the shower curtain that doesn't get washed after every guest. The bed was clean. I could hear the people staying in the room above me walking and talking. This hotel got the job done, but could have been better.
