My stay at Aroma Beach Resort & Spa from 9-12 Oct 2023 was nothing short of exceptional. The upgrade to a sea view bungalow set the tone for an outstanding experience. The staff's warm reception and especially the staff who drove and provide me efficient room introduction were outstanding. Meticulous housekeeping ensured a consistently clean and comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast featured an extensive spread of local food, complemented by unique poolside beverages, adding to the enjoyment. Swimming pools not excessively large, were decent enough to enjoy a refreshing swim. Notably, the resort was undergoing maintenance, but a thoughtful letter prepared me for potential disruptions, which, surprisingly, were minimal and unobtrusive. The room met high standards, with the only minor drawback being weak bathroom water pressure. I was delighted to see the resort's consistent excellence during my stay, even seven years after my previous visit. I highly recommend Aroma Beach Resort & Spa to those seeking a tranquil beachfront escape in Muine. It's worth noting that the Google Maps rating might not reflect the true quality of the resort. Photos matched reality, and the exceptional service made it challenging to single out individual contributions. This compelling experience led me to emphasize the resort's high standards and my desire to return in 2024.

Lovely grounds and well maintained, and the majority of staff very pleasant, but very loud building works goin on which they don’t mention on their website. The gym equipment was very rusty and difficult to us. It’s miles away from everything so you have to take a taxi to go out to eat, as the restaurant is expensive and not very good.

Quiet beautiful resort in Mui Ne
Amazing place in Mui Ne. Clean nice pool. Beach was a little unkept but still beautiful. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Gym facility available and Mr Lee Kite school on site at the beach if you want to pick up kite surfing or surfing. Scooters available for rent for ~$10 for 24 hours. Make sure you ask for one with a working light and gas gauge (ours didn’t work). Breakfast was amazing ! Good selection and views of the beach made mornings wonderful. Would stay again if I return to Mui Ne.

Pleasant stay
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The layout of room is interesting and functional as well as pleasing. I think the shower curtain needs to be addressed. Water easily gets on floor outside of shower. Not a good or safe thing. The only drawback was the know it all woman at check in that didnt know the child policy for kids under 11 is free. I had to show her. Then she rudely asked to have it screenshot and emailed like it's my job. I dont work for the hotel. Other than that it's a nice place

What we liked: The location is nice and quiet, away from all the action. The pool and connection to the beach is fantastic. The beach is mostly clean and one of the better resort beaches in the area. The low rise, bungalow style buildings increase the sense of peacefulness and relaxation. Our room was spaciaous, clean and we like the decor. Best bed in 2 weeks of Vietnam travel. The security staff and pool crew were really nice. Gardens in beautiful condition. What could be better: Taking ownership of keeping the resort beach clean, staff standing around doing nothing for ages when could clear the litter off the beach. The service at reception could be far nicer and more professional, it's the little things such as being capable to give advice on the area, little interest shown and zero thanks for choosing to stay at Aroma. Most of the time we felt like an imposition. The pool hours quoted as closing 6.30pm, 8pm, 8.30pm. The inhouse drinks are more expensive in comparison with other resorts. Not sure why a private car quote is double the price of a private car company - other resorts more competitive. Overall a nice stay and we enjoyed our time, good value for money.

Resort itself is amazing, room is big and clean. private beach is also quiet and not crowded. slightly further away from the main street (abt 70K VND away), so limited dining options in the resort

Beach break while touring in Vietnam
Loved the resort. Shame about the ppor service for the return transfer to HCM. The luxury $134 - 7 seater broke down so ended up in a taxi, due to time pressures. Received an apology but no refund of any type.... anyhow back to the resort, fantastic spa and massage, brilliant chef and food and happy helpful staff. Highly recommended would use again without a doubt!

Paradise Found!
Wished we could've stayed longer! Check in was efficient. Our room was beautiful. Spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked great. We were a little taken aback when, shortly after settling into our room, a loud noise and vibration started up, lasting a couple of minutes. We soon realised that it must be the water pressure tank cycling during the time of day with the most water use. We quickly got use to the sound and suspected that not all rooms would have the same noise. The landscaping is immaculate with lush tropical plantings - it's not called Aroma Beach for nothing. The pool is large and was the perfect temperature for cooling off. The bar service around the pool was quick and the drinks served were professionally prepared. The food in the breakfast buffet and dining room was beautifully presented and well prepared. The buffet had a wonderful variety of foods for all tastes. We also found that currently, this hotel had one of the nicest beaches in the immediate area. Our only complaint was, as usual, guests reserving multiple loungers leaving some to go without. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Very pleasant and relaxing stay
We stayed at Aroma resort for 2 days and a bit, and the overall experience has exceeded our expectation. The staff was friendly, and despite running out of the room we booked, we've got a free upgrade so no complaint about that. The room is very spacy, clean and is very organised. I love the way the resort hides all the doors and openings. The balcony opens to a beautiful garden view. The swimming pool is huge and has a dedicated small area for children, and our daughter really enjoyed that. Breakfast buffet is amazing with both Western and Vietnamese food and is changed slightly daily.

It's fine except the SPA
Omg... I think they need to do something about spa. I did the spa and do the Thai massage. But they did the oil and a man do the massage and he did really strangely.it feels really uncomfortable. So I complained to the reception, but they just said complain it tmr and the day after, they just say so sorry but they did!'t come and no manager in Sunday.....They did do smt about spa asap

Breakfast not up to standard we used to .. All rest of the good way overpriced.. Same as london prices.. Beach don't exist and we have to use beach from hotel next door .. Sun beds not comfortable and not many of them ..area for sun beds very poor .. And good areas you have to pay 15 pound for half the day ..taxi to local village 1 pound .. Can't walk there to far .. Hotel is very small .. We will never stay there again .. No interraiment program in a evening .. Nothing .. Pool Is small too

Our family stayed for 2 nights only - such a waste, wished it was longer!. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The resort about 15 mins drive away from the town centre (thank goodness!), away from all the noises! The bathroom was huge and clean! Buffet breakfast was awesome - since we were sitting facing the sea. The view was spectacular and we couldnt ask for more!.

Amazing stay
This was the most beautiful and relaxing resort. The room was large and very clean and the staff was always ready to greet you with a smile and helpful hand. The food at the resort restaurant was a little pricey and went between great to mediocre so a little less predictable than the other qualities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to relax and enjoy the beach and hopefully will be going back myself.

Nice hotel a bit outside of "town"
We only stayed one night in this hotel, but as the rain was pouring down we did not see any point staying longer as we could not utilize the facilities except the spa. The hotel is new and fresh with a nice pool area. The staff was friendly, but could have a bit more knowledge about things to do outside the hotel. When we asked about suggestions on what to see or do she basically only managed to suggest to go to the sanddunes. The restaurant could benefit from smaller tables as it felt very unpersonal and cantine like with big tables for minimum 6 persons, even though food was very good! Hotel is located a bit outside of the strip with restaurants and bars, and you need to take a taxi to do shopping etc outside hotel.

Incredible Stay
Nothing bad to say about this hotel. From check in to check out, friendly staff, great views and an infinity pool that looks out to the beach, everything was great. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty to choose from including western and Asian food. 24 hour room service was reasonably priced. This place is as peaceful a beach retreat as you could want. If I come back to Vietnam, this place will definitely be on my list.

Fantastic small resort
Beautifully kept and immaculate tropical gardens set this resort apart from the others in Mui Ne. The rooms are great and can cater for any size of family. Food and beverage was really cheap and of a very high standard which is a rare combination. Staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. The only issue with the whole of MuiNe is the transfer time from Saigon. Train or minibus take 4 hours each way. There is a seaplane option with a private company, but unless they get enough passengers they cancel the flight 48 hours prior to departure. This happened to us, which was disappointing but obviously nothing to do with the Aroma. Great stay, loved every minute!!

Great stay at aroma
We stayed at the Aroma for 4 nights in January. Beautiful hotel, great pool, good breakfast. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Just don't attempt to take a mini banana with you from the breakfast buffet... The location is a little off, away from the main strip. This could be a pro or con depending or what you are looking for. Easy to rent a scooter and scoot into town within minutes. Would definetely recommend !

Great Stay
The Hotel is great, Staff are amazing speak English and will do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. Theres a free breakfast offering with hot and cold selections, which is delicious. Theres also a pool which has sunbeds around and free towels. There isnt many activities to do, as it is located in a quiet area of town with its own little section of beach, but if your looking for somewhere to properly relax this is the hotel for you.

Nice hotel and spa on the beach.
The Aroma Beach Resort and Spa was the perfect place to rest for 3 nights after nearly two weeks of touring in Viet Nam. The rooms, pool area and dining facilities were exceptional. The grounds were beautiful, the spa excellent and all of the staff were absolutely committed to making our stay as pleasant as possible. A small improvement that could serve the resort well would be getting cooked food to the table while still hot. For me, it would have been nice to have a kayak and a small catamaran on site. Our stay included a New Year's Eve dinner and dance. The Resort spared no effort. The staff went all the way to give us all a wonderful evening. The live band played lots of 80's and 90's western, top 100 pop music. The lead singer had a wonderful voice and she established a friendly rapport with guests; there were lots of kids dancing onstage at one point. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

5 Days in Paradise
We spent 5 days here and found everything one could want here. The Staff were excellent and the food was really good. Most could speak English and we even were able to get 4 minute soft boiled eggs. The beds were just so comfortable and the facilities were really good. I am very happy to recommend.

The hotel is just a year old and looks brand new. Very clean and spacious room. It is on the beach, but I had a poor view. Buffet breakfast was good and the dinner menu at the reasonable menu was extensive. Room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom a modern trip. Very pleasant staff, though English is still a bit of a challenge to most. Would stay again, but tough to get to. Five hours from HCMC along miserable roads. Averaged about 23 miles an hour. Driver got a ticket and a flat on the way. Tipped him well for his trouble. But it is worth seeing.

The Aroma is a beautiful new hotel on the beach, though I could barely see the water from my room. The room was large and had two huge full size/queen beds that were very comfy. It had a nice balcony and a very cool bathroom. The restaurant was first class and affordable, a consideration since the town is a hike or a taxi ride away. Everyone on staff greets you with varying degrees of English capability. Large pool that was mostly empty. Only drawback was that they wanted $20 to use one of the canopied beds near the pool. Seemed strange and expensive, so i just opted for a poolside lounge chair.

Mui Ne gem
Mui Ne isn't easy to get to but once we arrived at Aroma Beach it far exceeded expectations. The hotel is only six months old so everything is nice and new and definitely not overcrowded. We had a fabulous family room with a view of the ocean. Great beds! The restaurant staff were great and the food if you didn't want to leave the resort and venture into town was great. Front desk staff was helpful in arranging taxis and also train tickets to our next destination. The spa was quite delightful. Overall our 4 day stay was totally relaxing and awesome. Not everyone could speak English but a couple of the front desk staff were quite fluent. Restaurant staff were not as fluent but gave great effort and it really wasn't an issue.

We would highly recommend The Aroma Hotel this was a very nice hotel if you are looking for a relaxing break. The accommodation was first class with wonderful views, a great pool and very helpful staff. The only downside at the time of our visit was the wifi was sporadic they assured us that this was being updated . All in all we had a wonderful time so thank you Aroma beach resort.
