The room was OK.Thee only issue I had was when I tried to check in.I rang the counter bell /called the front desk for about 20minutes before anyone ever came out.Then when the guy did come out he was somewhat rude.No, apology or anything.

The room was very clean. The manager not very welcoming. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall my stay was ok. And if I had to travel that way again, I would stay there again.

There was no one at the check in desk for about 40 minutes. I went and found some one to get things moving. The room was promised by 3:00 and I was not checked in until after 4:30. The room was nice but the service was the worst I have ever expirenced at a Best Western. This hotel should be drpped from your listing.

There are definitely some key points in your stay which are absolutely unacceptable. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you have may have experienced during your stay at our hotel. Fit for a one night stay

Stayed Over for 1 night as we were hiking in Angeles National Forest and on our way to walk in San Bernadino National Forest. The hotel seems to be mainly servicing business travellers. The Staff is friendly and accommodating. If you are staying in the area for holidays, keep in mind there is absolutely nothing there but a Mc Donald and a petrol station. Definitely NOT a scenic spot (you will be on the edge of the highway) but fit for purpose for a one night stay to rest before hitting the road.

Great room off freeway

My room was very comfortable and the pool/jacuzzi was a great little break. Breakfast was great. Very close to freeway though.
