When I spoke to customer service they informed me the website lies all the times, also elevator was faulty but a notice was posted that it was functional but finicky. My family and I got stuck for half an hour and had to be rescued by the local fire department. Not the best experience”

The floor slanted and felt hollow underneath. The towels did not smell clean.”
