Very nice hotel!

Pros: Price and location to airport
Cons: Might want to look at heater in room 311 as it was loud.
All of the staff were professional and nice. Room was clean. Heater made a little more noise than other hotel heaters but overall this was not a problem.

nice hotel close to airport and city

Pros: Staff
Cons: See above
Location: Close to sports complex in south Phily.
Staff - Olivia, Angel and others - was flexible, helpful and generally fantastic. Rooms will need renovation soon but the bed was comfortable and the shower fine. Surprisingly easy to get into the city (10-15 minutes). Parking is just outside hotel. Remember to have staff at front desk punch your ticket to get reduced price.

Disappointing

Pros: not much
Cons: Everything...
Location: location is fine...
I was very disappointed this time... I used to sleep over at this hotel and did not meet the expectation this time.

Flight cancelled, stayed two nights. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Dirty - Noisy

Horrible - Very Noisy - Unfriendly Staff. I would never return to this place. Carpet had a bad odor.

Overall one of the best hotels I have been to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I loved the decor and the staff were so pleasant. I will definitely be back soon.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Even allowed a very early check-in!!

Nice hotel for cost

The hotel was a nice option for the cost. The room did have a very noisy AC unit in it, but otherwise everything was as expected. Parking costs 12$ per day and we had issues with the entry gates to the lot not functioning on multiple occasions during the stay. they wound up having to remove the gate because of the issues
