WhIle our stay was lovely, the beds were so soft that we really couldn't sleep.

It was great to see you had a pleasant stay overall and enjoyed most aspects of our hotel. I am sorry that you didn’t found the beds very comfortable. Our front desk is available 24 hours a day so we would have been happy to move you to another room at your request.
