Linens

The room was ok but there was not enough linens for the three of us. Had to ask for more twice. The price we paid was reasonable for what we had. They have shuttle to and from the airport all day! It is close to Rugby fields.

The room was cleaned but towels were not changed. Unacceptable.

First time I've ever filed a complaint

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've EVER had. I travel literally all the time for work. Never have I ever had such a bad experience. Rooms are dirty, hotel staff are complete jerks. Airport shuttle was supposed to pick up at 6:30. 7:30 he finally shows up.

Don't stay here

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Dirty/ stained towels were given to us multiple times as if they were clean. Also the front desk employee was very unpleasant and at times seemed very unwilling to help me.
