good hotel but no on site parking.

Pros: breakfast was great but it was only offered from 6am to 9am, rooms had individual control for the heat and air internet was good staff was very friend
Cons: offer breakfast til 10 am , make a deal with a near by lot to offer free parking for guests
Location: there is a book in room which i didn't discoverer until last day which list free things to do
it good motel for the price but there is no on site free parking you have park in one of the pay parking lots and it is $36 a day, we did have an issue with the water but it was fixed same day, staff was very friendly and helpful.rooms are small but very conformable, our first room smelled of pot but they gave us another room with no problem.

The guy at the reception who checked me in was amazing! He was kind, nice, thoughtful and very very helpful! I was there only for one night to take step 2 cs in Philly, but he made the stay very memorable to take out time and fill out this survey!

Not worth the price

This room should have been under $100. There was no room to move. There wasn't even a closet for 4 people. The bathroom sink wasn't in the bathroom it was next to the bed. Entirely overpriced property.

Bargain for City Center Philadelphia

Pros: Price, location, and staff.
Cons: Better cable reception: I had trouble getting many of the television channels; but that might be because of the snow storm.
Location: Excellent location: close to everything in the City Center; not far from the Barnes Collection; and close to Tai Lake, a great Chinese restaurant.
I was very pleased with the staff: they were very helpful. The first night the sink was clogged and a clicking noise came from an airduct: it took me a while to fall asleep with that constant sound; however, the next morning the staff put me in another room and everthings there was fine.

Eagles Gameday

Pros: The rate and location
Cons: Small refrigerator in room would be nice
Location: Reading Terminal , Conventon Center ,China Town
It was a very convenient location for seeing the things I wanted to with the little time I had . Also located close to the subway . This made getting back and forth for the Eagles games quite simple

Nice to close to China town for dining and shop

No windows in room and very dark. Air conditioning is very difficult to adjust right temperature. Otherwise, the complementary breakfast is good.

Hotel next to homeless shelter. In a rough area.

My buddy and I drove up from NC for a football game. Saw this hotel online and viewed all the photos and looked at a few reviews. When we should up, it was next to a hospice and in a rough area. Didn't feel safe, so we left and rented another hotel.

I wouldn't book here again

The hotel boasts being the newest Days Inn, but the only updating was a new faucet for the sink. There was an overwhelming smell of pot in the hallway. The bedspread and carpet were dirty/stained. There is a window to the interior common guest hallway across from the sink with a privacy curtain that didn't fully close.

Hotel staff was great, parking is terrible.

Cons: Needs new carpeting. Clean but looks very old.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and nice. Room was ok. Walking 2 blocks to park the car and then next day having to walk to blocks to go get it didn't feel too good. Especially since I paid the same rate for valet at another hotel the night before.
