AWESOME STAFF

Pros: See Above
Cons: this is minor but the easy chair in the room was very stained and kinda nasty looking.
Location: There were ample parking choices nearby as well as plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
My daughter is a student at UPENN. She broke her ankle so I came to town while she had surgery. The hotels on campus were way out of my price line so I booked your hotel. THE STAFF WAS FANTASTIC. Everyone was so thoughtful and caring regarding by daughter's injury. My daughter stayed with me the night before the surgery and upon returning to the hotel, the staff was so kind. They brought her extra pillows, asked about her well being and honored our "Do not Disturb" request. I am going back up for a play my daughter is working on in April and will most likely book this hotel again versus paying double to stay on campus. Plus, I found the free continental breakfast to have ample choices and was also tasty.

The water doesn't drain from the sink. It was gross.

The walls are too thin. You can hear everything going on outside and around your room. Even housekeeping quietly walking by with a cart.

Hotel cómodo, funcional y accesible

Pros: Me gustó que el hotel esta cerca de todo y las instalaciones se encuentran muy limpias
Cons: El elevador estaba fallando en algunas ocasiones (sensor para cerrar las puertas), pero fue el único detalle que tuvimos.
Location: Se encuentra muy cerca de Reading Terminal y a unos 7 minutos caminando del Love Park
A solo cuadras de los puntos turísticos de Philly y pasos del metro. El personal del hotel es muy amable y el desayuno que ofrecen es perfecto para empezar el día.

Nice hotel for the location

I had a renovated room so my room was acceptable, the pic on the website with the orange accent wall rm 500. I just wish it had a microwave along with the fridge and the parking fees were lower.

Good small rooms, stuffs could not find corkscrew and weights, but I found it in a small shop on a corner. Breakfest was nice. A bit noisy.

Pros: The location
Cons: New staff.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. I stayed 5 days, only got my room cleaned twice, if you try to talk with the front desk? They will be rude, most of the staff shouldn't be working in the tourism area since they have no patience and are rude. I booked throught expedia, and the webpage said i wouldnt be charged on my credit card, guess what? i was charged, the hotel is saying they didnt charge me, but the bill is there, now i have to pay extra 85 Dollars.. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to sleep only, cause the rest... Terrible.

Homeless Area

Location: The area had many, many homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks which made it uncomfortable to walk around the convention center area.
The room was small, but fine, no window, kind of claustrophobic. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean. Breakfast, fair. However, my family, with young children, was uncomfortable here because of the high number of homeless people in the area. We had no direct issue, apart from a bad smell, but there were just too many sleeping on the streets day and night for me to return to this hotel. Also, watch out for the parking garage this hotel has partnered with. The hotel gives you a photocopy "coupon" for the parking garage, which I left in the car, but when I got the car returned, the coupon was gone. The manager screamed at me and the clerk when I told him I left it in the car but it wasn't there now. He seemed violent, and made us return to the hotel to get another "coupon". The hotel told me it was the second time in recent memory this has happened.
