Great Hotel

I stay here when I come out to KOP. The staff was nice and I was able to check in 2 hours before. Rooms were clean! Great hotel!

Work Trip

This hotel was great. Very clean, quiet and the staff was helpful. I booked the wrong date by mistake and they made it right.

Best hotel ever

The staff is super friendly and they don't bother you knocking at the door for no reason... I Did put the don't disturb on and they left a big bag with clean towels and extra supplies by my door.. Plus, I have delicious complimentary cookies... they are awesome.

Christine was amazing! She gave us maps of the area so we could make the most of our trip. My daughter fell in love with the cookies, so she gave us an extra one. The only problem was that the walls were really thin, so we could hear people talking in the hallway.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this Double Tree hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and presentable as well as the hotel itself.There are several restaurants located near the hotel as well as a shopping mall. We look forward to our next stay at this hotel.

Hotel staff was polite, courteous, and efficient. Hotel was clean and quite. Plenty of easily accessible parking.

Great Stay!

Location: King of Prussia Mall is only 2 minutes away from hotel.
Great hotel to book your stay. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. We stayed on the top floor which had a great view. Also very quite never heard any doors slamming or people taking.

Could use upgrades and some perks for travelers.

Typical large chain hotel. Could use some upgrades. Could use cleaning staff who care about cleaning. At most turning over the room included making the bed and provided new towels and room supplies. The dust, cobwebs, and non vacuumed floors told another story. Shame really. Sometimes you can overlook lacking in other areas if the place was clean. The staff was polite. I'm not sure why free breakfast is not offered? A cookie at check in doesn't mean much if you cant even get a yogurt and coffee in the morning. Room service was late but what was delivered was typical of most hotel breakfasts. Again...paying a premium for what is normally free. All in all it suited my needs for work travel. I would not seek out this establishment if I was vacationing for fun and my money wasn't being reimbursed...truth be told.
