Very nice hotel but carpet in the hallways needs to be restretched so someone doesn't trip where it has bubbled up.

Pros: The staff are friendly, our rooms shower was updated and beautiful
Cons: the $100.63 'INCIDENTAL" fee.. I have NEVER heared of such a fee, they said its refundable... i am still waiting on the refund,
our room was great, but had no darking curtins, the building next to the hotel has security lights, and that shined into out room all night, and also the morning light , the room really needs darking curtins...

Pros: location, cleanliness
Cons: outlets were non existent - coffee pot had to be moved to get plugged in, no outlets on top of the desk
Location: mall and restaurants
great location and I really don't have much else to say, I am not sure how much I have to write

Very pleasant stay

Cons: The doors between the bedroom and sitting room are glass. They need curtains added for privacy.
Location: For us, it was a great place to stay between the Philly airport and Lebanon. King of Prussia mall is close.
My husband and I traveled with our teenage granddaughter. For a VERY reasonable price, we got a two room king suite. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The adjoining room was also large with a sofa bed. There was a separate bar area with lots of space for the long stay traveler. This is the room I'd want if I was going to be here for a while on business. Staff was very nice and efficient.

Not a peaceful stay.

I was charged twice for my dinner. I was credited the mistake. I couldn't get on the internet using the hotel WiFi. The elevators were slow and bumpy. Three housekeepers got into a very loud nasty argument outside my room. No refrigerator in the room.

We had housekeeping knock very loudly on our door an all the other doors in our hallway, metal on metal, at 8:30 am on Saturday. They had a cart that had extraordinarily squeaky wheels as well, so sleeping in was not an option. We ordered one breakfast from room service. They missed three items I ordered, but also did not charge me for them. Still, they never got to my room. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are good size and the location is an easy commute into Center City Philadelphia. On Saturday there was some kind of union rally regarding some election that made the front entrance completely useless to guests and the parking lot was jammed with people who weren't staying there.

Nice hotel, skip the restaurants

Our room was perfect, I only have two complaints. First, housekeeping was banging on every door, loudly, on Saturday morning at 8:30. I even heard other "stayers" yell at her. Also, we were very much given the impression that breakfast was complimentary and we were very surprised to pay $15/person and had terrible restaurant service for it. I wouldn't eat in the restaurants again. However, the room was so comfortable and clean, I would stay there again.
