Nice hotel close to Philadelphia

Pros: Spacious room, with modern amenities and GREAT air conditioning...
Cons: I had no complaints and being there only one night we didn't experience many of the hotel amenities...
Location: This is very convenient to major highways, so access is easy... close to King of Prussia mall... not far from Philadelphia, being just off of I76...
We were in town for just one night attending a family event and chose this hotel for it's proximity to the event location and ease of getting off/on major highways. Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful, the facilities were modern and clean with plenty of parking for guests. It was also the first time I'd encountered a safety feature where room key was required to access guest room floors via the elevator, made me feel much safer... And the cookies are awesome!!!

The manager was not very nice... I eas up with kids abovr my room jummping and yelling haveing a lot of fun..but kept me up When I checked in the fellow at the desk said they could accommodate me for another night at the same rate I paid but the manager wouldn't honor it when I had called to see if I would have a problem that night due to having getting up early in the morning for a convention the manager would not do anything to accommodate me and I had to check out of the hotel only on principle not that I can afford it but due to the fact I was up all night and didn't get any sleep and then she wouldn't honor my roommate and I was told they would when I checked in the even move my room to accommodate it

Good Suburban Location

Pros: OK at best. Disappointed. I felt that since I booked w Expedia, I was second class
Cons: Hilton Honors and Expedia upgrade
Location: Near Mall and highways
I am a Hilton honors person. Did not get offered any upgrades

Stayed here to attend daughters college graduation at Cabrini. Was disappointed that there was not a mini fridge in the room to keep bottle water cold.

Comfort Near Conshohocken

We needed a hotel to stay at that would be close enough to Conshohocken where we had an event, and this fit my list of requirements. I was super impressed with how clean it was, and how helpful and ready to help the staff was. A great value in a nice, suburban oasis.

Villanova weekend

Enjoyed our stay very much. Good amenities at the hotel, and love the chocolate chip cookies! Jerome helped us when we checked in, and was fantastic! Really went the extra mile for us, and my father-in-law. Please thank him again for all of us. Also, the server at the bistro for breakfast was superb. His name is something like Kitmo. Great energy, great enthusiasm. Made us feel appreciated and cared for. We all commented on it. Again, thanks to him for a great breakfast on Sunday.
