6 day sports and tourist holiday.

Pros: Location and cost.
Cons: Food services.
Location: Great location. Easy walk to great shopping and points of interest.
Good location, good value. We took in four sporting events, visited three universities, saw a number of tourist attractions and shopped.

Great place. Centrally located near everything.......For LGBT guest this is a great place to stay near all the clubs, restaurants, bars. Angela from the front desk was so nice very helpful she gave us warm cookies when we arrived. I have nothing egative to say aboy this hotel. Will definately stay here again on my next visit to Philly.

Great hotel near to sights

Hotel was located in the arts districts. Very close to theatres, many different sights are within walking distance or if choose very close to transportation.

Guys weekend

5 of us crashed in one of the suites for the weekend. Was comfortable, close to subway and easy walk to sights, pubs etc.

A big disappointment!

Pros: The staff was fabulous!
Cons: A lot of room for improvement. Freshen up the rooms, have all 4 elevators working. Also police the lobby better, people off the street asking for $
We arrived in Philly for a post Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. Very disappointed in the Double Tree. The rooms were dirty and foul smelling. Toilet covered with hair, burn stain on carpet, magnifying mirror had fingerprints all over it, crumbs over refrigerator, sheets stunk, elevator took forever!!! Only good thing was wonderful friendly staff. Stayed at Holiday Inn express in Hershey Pa on our way home. 1/2 the price, free breakfast and much cleaner. Never again at Double Tree.

Pros: My room was clean,bed and room comfortable and free from street noise
Cons: That a stocked bar is located on the 24th floor.
Location: Perfectly located where dinning,shopping and site seeing are all within walking distance.
Upon arrival the staff were professional,curtious and attentive to my every need.

Family time

Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The rooms need a little bit of a facelift.
We visited Philadelphia to see family. The hotel is in a nice location. It is close to restaurants, shopping and sites.

Expected more

Two chief complaints: 1. The room was next to the elevator. We were not notified about it. We kept hearing the elevator going up and down the whole night. 2. Hotel site says no dogs allowed but we saw a small dog and it was not a service dog. Overall, decent stay but would not come back here. Expected more from a hotel in Central Philadelphia.
