Everything was good and the employers where very attentive and sweet but they need more security in the floors at 3:00 am kids runing and scriming and noking in all doors not cool but I'll defenely I will stay there againg and will recommend

no heat -- broken thermostat.this hotel was poorly

I came in the hotel late. My room heating system was not functioning and it was extremely cold. it was too late for me to envision changing room that's my night was just miserable.meanwhile the shuttle system is also terrible. A lot of people could not get into for shuttle at 5 AM in the morning

January Blizzard

Pros: Room size, wait staff and hotel management. Excellent food and over all cleanliness of the property
Cons: Consider replacing some of the mattresses. My room was missing a light bulb. Greater selection of newspapers and other reading materials.
Location: Very good location, very few stores in the immediate area
I booked a room at this hotel after being stranded by the blizzard, January 22-25. The hotel was highly rated on the internet, so I booked a room returning from St Thomas, US Virgin Island. The hotel location is very convenient to the airport. The room was spacious but the bed mattress was very soft. The Players lounge had good bar food and drinks. The restaurant was limited in their offering due to the blizzard but the food offered was good. Good stay overall, my compliments to the staff for handling the large crowd in the hotel with a reduced staff. I would recommend the hotel to others.

Grace under pressure during snow storm

Pros: Staff, delicious cookies when you arrive.
Location: Philadelphia is a great city, but we saw nothing but snow accumulating outside our window.
We were stranded in Philadelphia during the blizzard of January 2016. The staff members were amazing; friendly, patient, and accommodating under very difficult circumstances! In particular, we send a shout-out to Uvbi, Desmond, Katreena, and Troy for their outstanding service and friendliness.

Okay .... Noisy & Unsanitary

Hotel staff and facility itself was mostly good. Room was appropriate. Neighbor was noisy until wee hours. Bed linens not changed and poop on toilet seat from prior guests. Disgusting!! Bathroom needs maintenance. Luckily I am from area and had family around ... checked out asap!!

DOUBLETREE PHL AIRPORT

Pros: It is well-maintained.
Cons: Let the buffet breakfast be complimentary instead if charging $17.
Location: A bus stops in front to transport to downtown Philadelphia.
The staff is friendly and accomodating. Location is near airport and interstate highways.
