I would only use this hotel in an emergency.

The room had a strange smell. The bathroom wasn't very clean. It was enough space for my family. I did not like that they were understaffed during my stay. There should be more staff in the morning for questions, someone needed for hanong out linens, refilling the breakfast bar and to clean up spills in the elevator. There was JUST ONE person. Very irritating.

Nice big room

The room was nice and big. Bathroom was huge! It advertises hot breakfast, which would consist of oatmeal made with hot water. Breakfast bars were always gone. The same kid came every morning and would take every last one. Thank God he must not have liked oatmeal. It was the only thing left in the mornings. He must have been feeding his grade school class. Last morning of stay, there was a fire alarm that went off. Staff didn't inform patrons of what was happening and didn't even let patrons know that it was cleared.

Facility is old and dirty. Front desk staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and even less clean than facility. Room was noisy because window was already opened and curtains were pulled when checked in.

Comfortable and quiet place to stay and relax.

Room was clean and adequately stocked. I missed continental breakfast, but there was still hot coffee available past the designated time. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Front desk staff were upbeat and happy to assist me.

Great location, bad beds

Cheap price and you're really close to Philly. The full kitchen amenities were great inside the room and the room itself was definitely spacious. The bed was probably one of the worst I've ever slept on it was a joke and I was in terrible back pain for 3 days...

Not a hotel to stay at

We saw the negative reviews on this hotel however we just needed a place to crash for the night as our flight came in at midnight, the hotel staff was helpful, the room was poorly maintained and dirty. Will recommend this hotel.

Shower was clogged up & not running properly, hotel was dirty, staff was rude & loud. Toilet was clogged up. My girlfriend hated this hotel & would not stay here again.

Not happy at ALL!

We will not be using this hotel again. Arrived for my reservation and the hotel over booked and i did not have a room. I was not the only one, the other people in line had the same issue. Was given other hotel info and nothing was open. Had to travel 30 minutes away to get a room and did not get into my room until 1:30AM and had business training at 8AM and had a 30 minute ride back to get to the center.
