Missed connecting flight

Missed 9:10 flight so could not get out til next day. Booked rm as opposed to sleeping in airport!!

HORRIBLE - UNACCEPTABLE

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Cleanliness, furniture, carpet, appliances, hire a pest control company, staff training, etc.
Location: Near the airport.
We booked several of our new staff to stay here and am embarrassed and horrified about the comments they shared afterwards. Furniture including drawers were broken, the air conditioner in 2 rooms didn't work and had to be turned on manually every 15 minutes. There were roaches plus it was overall dirty, grungy feeling inside and out. Breakfast was miserable. These were new employees in the Philly area for training; they didn't mention anything due to just starting with our company. Did I say we are absolutely embarrassed that they had to deal with this less than acceptable conditions. Extended Stay America should close down this location until it can be brought up to industry standards. There are many responses from Management indicating how they are going to use comments to better train, etc. Obviously those are just words if no improvement is occurring.

Needs to be cleaned & fumigated

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Fumigate, new carpet, teach staff how to clean, managers should be checking quality, fix appliances & broken furniture
Location: Near the Airport
Filthy, broken furniture, inop a/c, ROACHES, filthy - a dump that was bought by Extended Stay American and should be closed down until renovated. No excuse for the condition especially for the price charged - was even charged for parking!!! Ridiculous!!!

Dont 'waste your money

Pros: I chose this hotel for the rate and location to the airport in which I was flying out of the next day.
Cons: Cleaning could be better and make sure TV remote is in the room. Also a shuttle to the airport since that's why people would choose this location.
Location: I don't know. I was just staying over night to catch a flight out the next morning.
The bathroom door did not close. It seemed to be swelled, the drain in the kitchen sink was nasty as well as the microwave. There was no TV remote and when I asked for one, I received one that did not work so I just got up and manually turned it on and changed the channels.

Smellly place

That was the worst ..dirty place ..sheets weren't clean ..phone didn't work or TV .no shuttle to airport wouldn't have my worst enemy stay there!
