We were very disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel staff is mostly friendly and pleasant, but it is under-staffed, especially the cleaning staff. We were supposed to get cleaning service once every 7 days. When we checked in we picked Wed for our day. No one came Wed, the desk said it was Thur. The next week no one came Wed or Thur. Our bathroom was cleaned 2x and our floor vacuumed 2x in 5 weeks! I would go down and change out sheets and towels at the front desk and clean my own bathroom and kitchen. It felt more like an old timeshare than a hotel.
It needs a remodel and a good cleaning! The staff was good!
