Smelled horrible. Disgusting.

Smelled like a cross of mildew and marijuana. Disgusting and gross. The staff could not even put pillow cases on the pillows. There was not a single cup for water in the whole room. Never recommend.

Nice staff but under-staffed

Pros: Good location for our needs.
Cons: More staff and units updated
We were very disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel staff is mostly friendly and pleasant, but it is under-staffed, especially the cleaning staff. We were supposed to get cleaning service once every 7 days. When we checked in we picked Wed for our day. No one came Wed, the desk said it was Thur. The next week no one came Wed or Thur. Our bathroom was cleaned 2x and our floor vacuumed 2x in 5 weeks! I would go down and change out sheets and towels at the front desk and clean my own bathroom and kitchen. It felt more like an old timeshare than a hotel. It needs a remodel and a good cleaning! The staff was good!

Very bad got stuck so that I can't change it

I was not happy with this stay. It is an extended stay with no dishes, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels in the room. One Closet door was missing a door. Trash can under sink full. No bath mat. No extra roll of toilet paper. Holes in the comforter and the sheets.Towel was shredding. The room looked cheap.I cancelled part of my stay and moved to another hotel.
