The front desk worker, Chrissy (Christina) defined friendly, compassionate, and empathetic. It was a joyful experience conversing with her and she answered my numerous questions with ease. The only downside was the bed/bed sheets. The bed was quite hard and the sheets were scratchy. There was no actual blanket.

Not a great experience with this hotel they never told us our rooms we booked months in advance wouldn't be available till after our party arrived. I understand things happen but i was told i wouldn't be charged for the rooms since we didn't get to stay there and expedia had to relocate us. Then the hotel charged me anyway and lied and said they didn't and to call expedia they couldn't help me. Front desk woman was rude and wouldn't even get on the phone the last time i called just told the guy to tell me call expedia back. So unprofessional.

The kitchen unit was not properly cleaned. This sink was NOT clean. Looked like the countertops were not wiped off.

This was the worst stay I’ve experienced with an extended stay, I was moved to 4 different rooms in one day. There was no help the first night. The room we booked was not available the first night , the first substitute had a broken tv, the second had a strong sent of paint that had me feeling sick immediately. We finally got the room we wanted the next day and the tv sound hardly worked. I experienced staff making racist remarks.I would definitely not recommend anyone to this extended stay.

We reserved a king bed - only to check in and find out there were none available. We were out in a dirty, dingey queen studio - no apology or acknowledgment that this isn’t what we reserved. Room smelled like smoke, blanket on bed was filthy/old. The staff made us feel that we were an inconvenience - no customer service skills whatsoever. Awful experience.

Not only was it dirty. I’m pretty confident it was being used as a homeless shelter. There are groups of men gathered at the front door. There are groups of men gathered in the back. It felt awful. We left immediately and went to a different hotel.

Overall the hotel is ok. Isn't very well kept but decent. I stayed at the top floor. It was incredibly noisy in the hallway. Lots of Latinos staid there. I don't know who they are. Migrants? ...temporarily housed in the hotel. Perhaps the hotel rep can clarify that. Anyway, kids were running around in the hallway, playing, screaming, a few adults were sitting on the floor listening Latino music on their phones. It felt like in a village in a small town in Mexico. I talked to them. They responded politely. I also talked to the manager of the hotel but got no help.

Room OK, bath and tub peeling paint, hallway smells of synthetic drugs. We booked for 3, no extra set of bed covers provided - had to ask. Breakfast is oath meal and prepacked donuts. I'd add a convenient location to nearby business park, casinos and shopping

This hotel was perfect for our dogs and us as we attended the National Dog Show. Hotels.com completely messed up our reservations! Even though the hotel was sold out, the hotel management staff spent an hour trying to get our reservations corrected. They did get us out rooms!

This hotel had bed bugs and fleas. Smelled terrible. I will never again book with hotels. Com if you allow these types of hotels on your sight. This is the second bad experience in one year.

Staff was amazing but it seems the facility is near lost to time. The only thing that is relatively modern and clean is the elevators. The staff were so kind,but they simply do not have enough people to clean every room enough. If you need somewhere to sleep for a night,this will do. I do not recommend staying here unless they pay their employees more for the hard work they do.

Unpleasant Stay
The check in was very unprofessional. Desk attendant very had a very unkept appearance. While checking us in talking loudly to someone behind her just out of the office. The room itself was not welcoming. stare smell. very dirty bathroom floor. opened the sofa and was greeted by chip bags, crumbs and lids. No linens. Never received ordered dish and pan set. Loud neighbors. Not enough fresh towels or wash cloths.

Took twenty minutes to get registered. Was being filmed but nobody came. Two people in the room one wash cloth and one hand towel. Asked for both but only got hand towels. Next morning took the bag of towels down to get new. Asked for two of each, got one wash cloth. Had to go back down and get one. Ironing board no iron. Had to go back down to get iron.

The front dest staff, especially Amanda, were courteous, helpful, personable and good spirited. Amanda went out of her way to help and consistently made a difference in our stay. The cigerette burns on the bathroom counter space were very unsightly and unpleasant to see each day. The counter should be replaced.
