AC in room blew HOT air out, even when set on lower temperatures. When the AC fan wasn’t turned on, very loud noises coming from unit. So only options were loud noises or 80 degree air coming out. Bathroom floor was covered in black dirt / footprints upon arrival. Overall very displeased

We had issues with the temp in our room (rm 254), we got in, mid-afternoon, and it was set at 70, & reading at 80°. We turned it down to 65, thinking it would need time to cool off, we left for a few hrs, came back to the same 80° room. I went to the front desk because the phone didn't work, she asked what room I was in & she said she would send someone up. I got to the room & about 2 mins later, something kicked off, it must have been the ac, and it started cooling down, few mins later, the guy showed up at our door to look at it, not sure he did anything as it was already cooling down, but he was very nice & let us know he was there till 11, if we had any more issues. We spent the night listening to this thing kick on & off, even till we ended up checking out the next day. It was a loud banging, and it looked like, in the room, that a portion of the wall was removed & a large metal panel was attached to the wall, and every time it kicked off, we heard it constantly bang. I could've gone and asked to be switched to a different room, but it would have been a hassle, and we just needed sleep!

I really liked that I could get a free shuttle to the airport. This was also one, if not the best, airport hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was very clean, modern, and safe! I highly recommend!

Hotel was clean and staff was great but the area is not really great and there isnt many food options near the hotel other than fast food or maybe I would call it "slow food"

Very nice and helpful staff. Even though the restaurant was closed, he came out and made us hamburgers and let us sit in the restaurant being seniors. That was very kind. Front desk just as helpful. What we did not like at all was the toilets being so very low to the ground it was difficult for us seniors to use in the room. However the toilets downstairs near check-in were normal.

This would be an excellent choice to stay overnight deserving five star if not for the fact that you need to pay $24 for parking. This should have been clearly advertised.

I have no compliants for this property other than it is a little dingy and dated. My room was a handicap room and the heater/ furnace was loud when it kicked on throughout the night. Otherwise it was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It met my needs.
